We had a big mobile order and we didn’t receive all of our food. When we came back to get the rest of our order, the guy at the window was cussing and carrying on with my boyfriend. Dude was rude! I called the store multiple times with no answer. When my boyfriend asked to speak to manager the guy slammed the window in his face. We left with the food we were missing but were directly told we weren’t getting our drink that we were missing. Get it together.

Cold fries, nasty, dried out burger. What happened to this place? It used to be my favorite place to treat myself. Now, I can't afford to spend my $$ on terrible, cold, old, food!

No cars…took over 5 mins to even say anything to me at the drive thru itself…then went up to window and took even longer jus to take my card…..then another 20 mins for the food……. And the order was still wrong…… lady was extremely rude and has a dont care attitude…. Also no apology? And they werent busy at all there was no one in front of us or behind us….. so no excuse?
Absolutely love this Hardee’s they always make me a special biscuit and gravy with no sausage because I don’t like sausage and Sharon goes above and beyond to make sure I’m takin care of best Hardee’s in Evansville.

This was my second time to revisit this location. The first, went inside to order to carry out. Got home, order was wrong, paid for but didn't get a specialty burger I wanted. Second time, went in to order carry out, ordered a double Frisco, got home, had a single Frisco. It was around lunch time, so they hadn't gotten busy yet, but you couldn't tell that by the filthy glass doors coming in. Both sets were proudly wearing smears and fingerprints from days before. I can't attest to any other part of restaurant, because I was only at the counter. The food, tho wrong, was good, just wish I could have gotten what I ordered.

I was greeted promptly and she made me feel welcome to be there. Food was hot and served quickly. Food was delicious. A cozy feel, conversation with other guests. An fantastic experience for a fast food restaurant! Great job everyone!!!
