Chicken strips were made to order and are good. The fries were room temperature and not that great. The staff was friendly but seemed like they needed more help.Parking: Parking lot always has plenty of spaces.
Everything was excellent! This restaurant does a very good job. They even had a lady that was wiped down the tables as people would leave and all their tables in the dining room are clean! Then a man came in and took the trash out, instead of waiting until it’s overflowing! They do an excellent job here. They also have awesome tea.Parking: There was only two cars in the parking lot. Plenty of places to park and there was no trash in the parking lot. It was very clean.

Been living in that neighborhood for 6 years and for 6 years drive through service is the worst I have ever experienced. I understand that you may have short staff or something like that but there is no problem that can take up to 6 years and still not fixed. I do not feel like I am welcomed. Takes up to 45 minutes to get my order sometimes. About 30 mins to get to the mic and about 10 minutes to have someone ask you what you want and then they park you aside for another 5 to 10 minutes to get the order. I can get the same order from mcdonalds in 5 minutes max and at its absolute busiest time of the day.
They don't always get your order right but when they do the food is usually hot!

Terrible service. I'm pretty sure the guy that took my order was high on drugs. He only filled my drink halfway up, when I asked him to fill it the rest of the way, he stood there a minute slack jawed. My hash browns were oily and just above room temperature. The chicken biscuit I ordered was burnt beyond recognition. The lobby was filthy.
