I hadn't been to Lic's in a while, but really wanted a shake tonight, and got a kiddie cup for my dog. Hardly any ice cream in the shake and not well blended. Giant french fry and clump of hair in the kiddie cup. This was the Weinbach and Washington location.

Ordered a birthday cake from here for my daughter. Everything was great except they put a decorative paper under the cake and it stuck to it. The paper was not edible. Yuck!

Employees are always kind and food is always fresh and made to order. Please don't forget to tip these guys they get paid by their corperation who expects them to make tips!! They don't get paid nearly enough!!!
I love Lics! I've been getting the best ice cream from here since I was able to walk. The malts are the best around because they use real malt powder. Don't forget to order one of the best ice cram cakes ever & you can choose cake & ice cream flavor. Definitely must try!

We went on a Sunday afternoon. There was only one other table dining in and one person inside for a carryout. We ordered at the counter for dine-in. A BLT sandwich and a Chicken Salad sandwich. It took 17 minutes to get our food! This seems a bit long for what we ordered. They were more concerned about drive-thru. When our sandwiches were ready, she slid the baskets on the counter and said, " Here's your food," and walked away. Normally, they have always brought the food to our table. Not too friendly or personal dining experience.
