The food was incredible! We asked what the bartender was best at mixing, tried that... She was right, she was great at it. Atmosphere was quaint and very interesting. Will definitely go back. Great choice for a special night out. 5 stars all around.

Really nice date spot. My steak was overcooked but still delicious. They offered to make me a new one but I was starved and didn't want to watch my date eat. The $17 Parmesan brussels were covered in an overpowering balsamic vinaigrette. My date ordered the grouper, it was cooked perfectly and delicious. Overall I'd go back...

Meal was excellent. Service was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend giving them a shot for an excellent date night. Visited for our anniversary and absolutely loved the whole atmosphere.

The salmon was red and totally uncooked, plus sent back twice to no avail. This resulted in eating what was left on the plate which were noodles. No one offered a substitution or any restitution for that matter. Nothing. None of the other guests at our table were impressed except the one that ordered the whole fish, head intact.

W Had my wife's birthday dinner here. They did nothing special for her even though I put in the reservation that it was for a birthday. We were seated upstairs in what looked like a conference room with a TV on the wall and at a fold out plastic table. There was a speaker playing music that sounded like we were in a nightclub, not fine dining. The waitress was embarrassed by the music and changed it for us. The cappuccinos we ordered with desert were cold. For the price of everything, we will not be back. Our first and last time.

Wonderful place to celebrate an anniversary! Everything was great, except my medium rare filet was really over cooked...definitely a well done steak. My wife's medium rare strip steak was perfect. Serve staff was over taxed, but did an excellent job.

Group of 4. Every wine we requested from their wine list they were unable to find. Settled on a high end wine they did have, yet still took close to 45 minutes to get it. Appetizer and Main course took 3 hours. Wait staff was pleasant, but checked on us about once per hour. It was just a very odd experience. $800 + bill and we were ignored. Will not be returning.
My wife reserved a table for myself and her for new years even dinner tonight. She was called at 1:01pm during the work day and could not answer the call as she was on CODE at the hospital as a physician. She called back as early as she could and by 2:38 the restaurant had cancelled the reservation and given the table away. When I called to get more information the GM Charles told me that they are under just as much pressure at the restaurant as she is at the hospital and it is not up to them to wait. They were calling to confirm an order for a prefixed menu which was not requested at time of booking. My initial issue is with the approach to calling once and less than two hours later cancelling a reservation on such a significant holiday just to protect the bottom line regardless of the customer. My bigger concern is the lack of understanding and appreciation for healthcare workers with the statements made that what they do is just as hectic, time consuming, and that they are under just as much pressure running a restaurant. I wanted to share this experience to show how unreasonable this manager is, and to say under the current management health care workers are not respected or appreciated. In addition unless you can return a call any time Of day within 1hr 27m you might as well not make reservations at the restaurant, as they will cancel them just to have full confidence every seat stays full all night. We were normal patrons of this restaurant for several years. Now they have fully lost our business, my businesses business, and any of my friends business/businesses business. We will also be sure to spread this sentiment around the health care community. A+ Job Charles!

The seafood and steak entrees that we had were “ok”. The steak entree left my wife hungry after, and I was only able to eat about half of the seafood entree because it was honestly not very good. The service and ambiance were great, but very expensive food that was very average-tasting. Definitely will not be returning.

Each course was beautifully presented and delicious. Steaks were cooked to perfection seasoning was on point, the lobster Mac n cheese was really good We had Tiramisu for dessert which was light and a perfect sweet to end the evening

My second visit to Madeleine's! We made our reservation through Open Table. Our table was set up for our anniversary with a sign, fake rose petals, and mini hearts. Such a great addition and it made us feel special! We previously have tried to deconstructed crag rangoon (highly recommend), but went with the charcuterie board last night. Both are great options for starters. As for dinner, we both chose Madeleines NY strip (see picture). Cooked to perfection, and it tasted amazing too! We chose to get the mashed potatoes and parmesan brussel sprouts for sides. The mashed potatoes were perfect! Brussels were just ok for me, but cooked well! Overall they made us feel very special on our anniversary night! I love to come for special occasions.
Madeline's is a first-rate experience! The food is excellent, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect for catching up, holding a meeting, or having a romantic dinner! Highly recommend!!!
