First off I went to this McDonalds couple weeks ago for Breakfast. I order a hotcakes with bacon the person who took my order was extremely rude. I asked for an extra syrup and she said we charge 27 cents now for that. When I ordered the meal that it goes with. I said nvm when I opened up my food I couldn’t believe how small it was didn’t even cover half of the tray like they use too. On top of that the pancakes were so thin that I could have paper clipped them together. Then McDonalds wants to charge people more for worst service and really bad food. I have officially boycotted McDonalds as this has completely turned me off. I haven’t been to McDonalds for breakfast in 3 to 4 years and here’s why. Highly recommend staying away from here!

We had a mobile pickup order. When I arrived to pickup I was told to pull around to the window. When I got to the window the cashier told me to pull forward and wait because they had to “go get the red meat out”. My kids didn’t like how that sounded and refused to eat their cheeseburgers after hearing it.

Just thinking about last December when I tried to order McDonalds online. The app wouldnt finalize the order so I gave up and sent someone after our food. Next thing you know, my card has been charged twice. My daughter paid in person because app wasn't working properly yet it was working well enough to charge me. Called McDonald's, they said they could see the order still on their screen but that Door Dash would have to reimburse me. Door Dash said that I didn't use their app so McD has my money. Went in person, was given the phone number of a "manager". Called number, left message, no response. It was about a $50 order. That they could see hadn't been prepared, much less picked up. That's just theft McDonald's.

Guy would let us get 2 orders in drive thru nobody was behind us then we g t up to window he is rude the next window I ask for sauce well I guess u can have 1 I said girl I can pay for it cone on now I'm Loving It!!! Ill have a nice day not worries I was highly upset fries were cold as usual smh.
