I go here for convenience it's close to home the professionalism is never there bad customer service every time the cost on food is high I get it but I order the same thing every time a chicken nugget happy meal it comes with like 5 frys half the time I have to look for sauce just bad

This is by far the worst McDonald's on earth. Every time we go we think the service and food will improve but it doesn't. Food is always cold, drive thru takes at least 30 min. If you go inside no one wants to wait on you. The atmosphere and workers there are highly unprofessional and don't care about their jobs. If this is owned by a private owner I would be ashamed on how the restaurant is ran and the customer service that is given to the public. Avoid this place at all costs!

They have some of the worst employees imaginable. Orders get messed up so much, it’s like they’re trying to get it wrong. Between half filled fries and forgotten food items, they’re practically bordering theft, instead of just making mistakes. When you try to get your food corrected, expect getting ignored. They’re too busy standing around and cutting up with each other, to be bothered with you. I’d love nothing more than to see this place shut down. If possible, avoid at all costs!

I truly wish this McDonald's would GET IT TOGETHER, it's closest to my house! They leave people sitting in the drive thru for extreme lengths of time with an empty parking lot. SEVERAL times this has happened, more times than not. Very inconvenient! I've even witnessed employees playing around with their friends outside with the drive thru backed up. I'm finally fed up with this place!

The Pros. The building is remodeled and (Very Nice) so let's get that out the way. (The Cons). Just because u put makeup on a pig, it's still a Pig. The Service Is Absolutely slow and u will be waiting for your order, at least 20min and that includes doing it on their app, it's still 20 min after u ordered it online 20min before. Please stay away from this Location, trust me it's not worth it.
