My delivery driver had to wait 30 minutes only to bring me cold food, covered in orange juice because someone put an open topped dome lid on the cup. Very disappointing. They obviously made the food as soon as I ordered it, I don't understand why it took that long to hand it to the driver

Went there to get an ice cream cone, had to wait for someone to run downstairs to get cones, so that means you have to pull around and wait.It was probably a 4 minute wait, but the ice cream the worker brought to me was stacked to the sky!! I have never seen a cone from McDonald's like this one! Thanks for the extra ice cream, it was very good.

The only thing was there ice cream machine down so I couldn't get their chocolate milkshake for my friend. It's OK I stopped at St. Joseph Ave. location and got my favorite filet-o- fish and a small fry. It was very good!Parking: Parking on both sides of building on a busy street but as long as its not packed at lunch or start of dinner you're OK. YOU can call and request food hot fresh at all locations before you pick it up in drive thru and in-house. Love McDonald's.Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheel chair accessible. Ramp up to the door.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Over the last three visits I've made to this location, I've waited over 15 minutes each time, my food has been cold each time, and I've been missing items each time. Just go to the 1st Ave location. It's not that far and you will have a far better experience.

Not doing real well !drive thru is a terrible setup!! pull around and park. first come first serve.
This McDonalds was one of the best in Evansville at one time, but not anymore! Used the drive thru and from the time I placed my order till I received my food was 20 minutes, that is not fast food! When I left the lot, had 4 cars behind me waiting for their food. Called the phone number on the receipt to complain and got a recording on how to fill out a McDonalds time card. Sad that they have dropped so far. ?

We only eat here for speed and convenience. It was not either. Waited on nuggets longer than it takes to make nuggets. Many vehicles in the overflow lanes and there wasn't even that much traffic.

Had my first McDouble for quite some time from 909 N St Joseph Ave. in Evansville Indiana and was so disappointed. Just imagine a burger that taste like it was made a hour before you ordered it. Very Chewy bun and burger.
