The service and the food was fantastic, which we have come to expect from this location. Deena was our server tonight, and she is one of the friendliest and funniest people, but also very good at her job. We come to this restaurant at least twice a week because they treat us like family, and the food is always great.

Very enjoyable place to eat. Decent amount of selections on menu, was a bit disappointed no vegetarian offerings. The wait staff were all superb.Parking: We arrived shortly after five o'clock and there was plenty of parking on a Wednesday evening. Disabled parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible but did not have a wheelchair that evening.

My family and I love the fact that we can enjoy our food outside while watching the ducks and fish. It’s always peaceful. Excellent service from polite, courteous, and fast staff. There’s a service manager named Jay Wright who adds absolute value to the experience with his attitude towards efficiency. And the food is worth talking about.Kid-friendliness: My daughter is almost 2 years old and she loves going here as well because of the ducks and the atmosphere of the staff. They show her so much love.

Service was u n c o m f o r t a b l y Slow (especially for an empty house) ....Waitress didn't even ask me what size I wanted my filet and just automatically gave me (a visibly small human) the largest/most expensive option (she's lucky I wasn't in charge of the tip cuz that was -$5 right there) .... Dad's porkchops and undercooked fries were the saddest most putrid excuse for a meal I've ever seen...someone's chicken strips looked awesome and crunchy. My salmon was REALLY good but somehow rice pilaf had no flavor and the Caesar dressing on my salad had about one too many anchovies in it (which is an improvement from 10 too many last time I was here YEARS ago). I apprexoate that their napkins are good quality, I definitely won't be rushing back.....

Service was great, food was quick to come out but after I had paid & looked at the check I see a charge I was not aware I would be charged. I ordered chicken breast with gravy and was charged $1.49 for a tablespoon of gravy and $2.49 for salad vs veggies?? When I asked the manager about it, she said she didn't agree but it was upper mgmt?? These hidden charges should be disclosed. Another way for corporate to make some more money...last time I will spend a dollar here!! I suggest the other restaurants within 1/4 miles of this place...they care about you as a paying customer vs corporate profits

Probably the worst food I have ever had! I ordered sirloin steak, potato soup and a side salad!! The soup tasted like it was made with imitation cheese no potatoes at all and cold, the steak was a greyish color and very tough and fatty, the side salad was small and lettuce was wilted! I didn’t eat 90%, I tried! I had to go get a burger somewhere else!

Some friends and I had a very enjoyable lunch. The main server was delightful. He took care of my issue,(red meat allergy) by seeing to it that my salmon was cooked separately from any red meat. He and his trainee were on top of everything. The food was delicious and atmosphere great. We met at 1pm, close to when the lunch crowd has gone. Great time.Dietary restrictions: Since I have a red meat allergy, some restaurants are not good places for me; but they always take care in preparing the food I can eat.

We have always loved O’Charleys. But the one in Evansville, Indiana is horrible. My husband’s salad came out and looked horrible. The chicken looked like it was not cooked all the way. It wasn’t browned at all where he hadn’t been grilled. The lettuce had huge chunks of iceberg lettuce still in the chunks. I ordered the salmon which had a weird taste. The asparagus taste like burnt grease. I ate about five bites of the salmon and started getting sick at my stomach. My husband told the waitress when they brought the salad to the table that he did not want that salad. They came back and picked up my salmon and charged us $22 for a meal we couldn’t eat and one that made me sick. They have lost our business. We will not be back. If you get one bad mill, OK they had a bad day. Made a mistake but to get to bed Mills and still have to pay for one of them is ridiculous especially when it make you sick.

We went for lunch so I got the club with fries while my boyfriend got the patty melt. The club was just ok, but bread was not toasted and just felt like I could make it better at home. The patty melt should not be considered a patty melt. The bread was not toasted, the onions were not caramelized and there was no sauce on it. Hopefully their supper menu is better.
