This is a review for Panera on Pearl Drive in Evansville, IN (my VPN shows I'm in San Francisco but I'm not). Got here at 6:30-ish pm on a Sunday night. I ordered sm mac & cheese and 1/2 sandwich. For the free side that comes with the sandwich, they had NO bread OR chips that come with the sandwich. The choice was an apple or nothing. We got our food and we each had to send back our mac & cheeses to heat up because they were cold. We also ordered coffee which we had to heat up in the microwave that's located up front because they were lukewarm at best. I'm sitting here in this Panera typing this review and listening to them vacuuming. WTH??? Our order for two people was $33.63 and was definitely not worth it.

Signed up for the sip club with the promise of 10% offer and free drinks. Employee refused to give us the 10% off. Other than that, the food was excellent! The manager, Andrew, was very kind.

Horrible!! Today I went to Panera and I normally get an cup of tomato soup and half broccoli cheddar in the same bowl but today they told me they don’t do that and I have been coming to this location for awhile now !! Not only did they not do but they charged me for both soup when I only wanted half and I normally go in and eat but I definitely won’t be back and I also have an coupon that set to expire today and normally they would put it on the order !! And I also didn’t know they charge for a whole sandwich even if you do the pick two

It’s pretty disappointing that every single time I’ve been through the drive thru the staff is short and unwelcoming. The morale here needs some serious boosting. High prices and cold staff ruins my appetite for this place.
