Normally pretty satisfied with service, but this time very rude to my son when he picked up. We ordered in advance for carry out. My son wanted to try new Garlic wings but when we got home they didn't look like what was advertised. Looked like Buffalo sauce and had very vinegar taste. Garlic knots were good. Parking is terrible there. Not enough parking.Parking: Not a lot of parking space

Just had by far the worst experience of my life at this Papa John's. They got my whole order wrong. Didn't give me back the right change and was rude as hell. I will never go back to this establishment and I would recommend no one else go here either.

These workers have repeatedly been rude to me, and this time was the final straw. Changed my order total removing all the app discounts after I went there to pick up my order. Never happened before, were incredibly rude about it, and I've ordered numerous times. I'll be going anywhere other than any Papa John's franchise for pizza from now on.

Did it online for take out and they delivered it even thou it wasn’t supposed to and I double checked before I placed my order. Can’t get a refund and the person I spoke to on the phone was rude. Had to go to a random address 45 mins away from me never gonna order from Papa johns

I have a few friends that say this is the BEST Papa John's in town. And, I have to agree. I always place my order online, and they ALWAYS get the Estimated time right on the money.

Needed to order 45 pizzas by certain time for a company event. The lady on the phone was very accommodating and able to meet the need that we had when they open. Was very impressed by the level of service that we received and will continue to do business with this location as other locations in the area have been a letdown.
