Papa John's may have done themselves a disservice by forcing people to order online. There are some of us out here that don't own a computer and if we did we would not do any monetary business online. Used to be a big fan of Papa John's for years but not anymore.

I had a free medium cheese pizza the 16 digit promo code wouldn’t work online. So I decide to go in to this location on Indiana St and the manager Brent told me they hold have 4 digit promo code. Instead of doing what a manager is suppose to do and taking my promo code for free medium pizza. He gave me customer services number, I want ever return to this location, the manage is very unprofessional and didn’t want to do his job. The services if I could I would give them a 0/5 and the atmosphere a 0/5. If you get a free medium with a 16-digit promo code don’t go here they’re rude save your time and money from this establishment.

Wow! Twice in a row! Horrible experience! Ordered on line sausage with original sauce. Picked it up, took it home only to discover it was a barbeque sauce. Called to complain, was offered another pizza which I could pick up or another for a later time. Expressed my disbelief based on my previous experience and got hung up on twice. My previous experience is this:k I arrived when the system said it would be ready. They said it wasn't. Waited for 30 more minutes and then asked again. My order could not be found. Minutes later one of the workers found it at the bottom of a large stack on a shelf. When I brought my complaint to the manager. I was offered a free pizza via a link. That link never worked. Don't know if I'll give that location a second time.

DeMarco is the best delivery guy !! I swear!! Amazing pizza and always fresh. Read some of the reviews and yes it’s greasy ! It’s pizza not subway. I’ve had no problems with my orders and if I did I would call and speak to the amazing manager in the afternoon ?

We ordered several pizzas and the new boneless wings and one papa bowl which wa a giant vat of greasy slop. I have to say they all were the worst tasting I have ever eaten in my life. Everyone threw away there food after a couple of bites and became nauseated after eating. I don't know if its the quality or the way they prepared them was the problem but I for one will never eat at this location or any other one after this experience. Totally disgusting ?

We tried to pay with a gift card, and it went through. But then the driver came up and said it didn't go through, and we not only weren't able to get our pizza, but we also are out $50, because it didn't refund. When we tried to resolve it with the manager, he hung up on us. So they essentially stole our $50.
Requested a later day delivery time and it showed up 5 hours early and the manager said you ordered it on line so it's not their problem. Poor poor customer service!

Order is always correct and completed on time, and always hot, fresh and delicious. The store is not the cleanest however the staff always seem super busy. Service is always friendly and attentive upon entering.Vegetarian options: Large variety of veggie topping options for those who don't eat meat but like multiple toppings on their pizza.Parking: Large parking lot nearby that is shared with several other stores, parking is almost always available. There are convenient short-term order pickup spots near the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is ground-level. No indoor seating, so no need to worry about any stairs to additional seating areas.
We lunch delivered to work. The food was good, but the delivery person was very rude. She was mad when she walked in the door, said nothing and stormed out the door.

Had an interview when my tire popped on the way there. I called to let them know and not even half way done with my sentence the person on the other end rudely interrupted me, told me to have a good day, and hung up. I didn’t even get to tell them why I can’t show up to the interview and ask to reschedule. Wont be rescheduling after that.
