Employees were more interested in talking to each other than serving the customers. Our order was shorted 1 item, and when we asked for it, we overheard the person say, "I didn't think they were going to count them." So they were purposely shorting us.

Man was I disappointed. The Mac and cheese was lukewarm and greasy, the nuggets were just weird and my Sprite was a glass of carbonated water....no Sprite syrup. Eaten there before and it was ok. Must have caught them on a bad night.

Terrible TERRIBLE!!! I have never had my order made correctly. You have to make sure you check your bag before you leave and don’t even get me started on delivery. Every time I order delivery I may as well flush my money down the toilet. It’s not that hard to read a paper and follow directions. Ordered a combo and didn’t get my drink. My fries were stale. The rice in my red beans and rice is overcooked. The issues I’ve had here are endless. Save your money and don’t eat here. Save it and make a trip to New Orleans, the Popeyes there DO NOT PLAY! They would NEVER! 0 out of 10, do not recommend!

I paid for the 3 pc chicken combo, and when I got home I discovered they only gave me a wimpy wing and thigh leaving out the breast. Not very happy. Does anyone know of a way to get refunded?

Lazy doesn't quite do them justice. I went in and ordered a spicy five piece tender. Walked back from the drink fountain and literally watched the guy put five mild into my box (instead of just telling me then needed to make more)...he didn't see me so i let it play out. He hands me all my stuff like normal, but i stop at a table on the way out to check the box. He then panics and says "oh hey, i might have accidently put mild tenders in your box instead of spicy"..."accidently". Fine to go to, just make sure you check your boxes before you leave.

Never not happy with piepies Always good. Especially them new biscuits. (Insert passing out gif here), surprised there wasn't a nation wide P.S.A, telling the common folk to open carry buying them biscuits.

This is the second time in the past few weeks ive noticed a real difference in the store. but even more so in the employees. i didnt catch the young mans name that was in charge last night but he sat aside whatever paper work to make sure me and my wife got to try the new flavor wings we were there for, making us his priority without being rude or frantic like it used to be. we'll be back more often now that the whole place seems more comfortable and under control. Please send him my thanks!
