I have never been treated with such disrespect... The previous evening, my husband and I purchased two f the Bacon Pepperjack Roadhouse medium meals and ordered them without mayo & tomato. We had already reached home by the time we realized it was wrong so we called back the following evening, and the manager stated he would replace it. When we returned a little bit later, we reminded him and he handed us our order, my husband told home that he had told him both times that there were 2 meals and the guy got pissy. He came back and made some smart remarks and basically threw the bag at my husband and slammed the window in his face. They only replaced the burgers but we haven't even eaten the fries the night before because we went somewhere else. Never again. It was the bigger gentleman.
Ordered strawberry soft serve cones and was not informed they nolonger had them so i had already paid and was served vanilla chocolate swirl! very disappointed

Burger(Big Buford) was fine, not "fresh" level of hot, but better than the bately warm fries. Ordered a medium combo. Got a medium drink and i believe a small fry (same amount as a small from BK). Fries were just barely warm, and not very crispy at all. Person taking my order really was not happy being there.

I like Rallys and so does many of my family. I don't think you get your money worth out of several things & I have learned what those foods are. It really depends on who is working the drive- thru on what kind of service you will receive!!! They do go through employees REALLY FAST ?. I personally don't like that ? because I have been charged over the amount it should have been UUGGHHH. They have sitting outside which is nice but on a nice cool evening your food gets cold, I think they should have something around at least half of the tables to keep the wind off. I know everyone has their own opinions and I have been told if I don't want my food to get cold don't sit outside, which they are right!!Parking: The parking is somewhat descent but there are times when you can't find a place. The only BAD THING ON THE PARKING IS IF YOU HAVE SMALL KIDS I WOULD NOT EAT OUTSIDE DUE TO PEOPLE WHO ARE GOING TO THE DRIVE-THRU DON'T WATCH FOR KIDS ??.

By far the most rude fast workers I’ve ever experienced. Man working was very confrontational and needs a major attitude adjustment.
