Sat there for about 10-15 mins after pushing the button only for them to cancel it so I had to repush the button. Of course they don't have the pulled pork which is what I was going to get. Huuuuggge waste of time

THE WORST. Ordered ahead on the app and waited 15 minutes for a drink. Pressed the button with no response in a few minutes so I left to get to work and didn’t get my order or a refund. I work nearby and we frequent this Sonic often but never again, and I’ll let my coworkers know. Enjoy the tip I didn’t get my drink for.

So is bare minimum the standard here? We paid over 15$ for three shakes after 8 pm. My daughter's shake cup had a hole in it, my husband's shake wasn't mixed and mine was only reeses bits on top and not mixed with it not filled close to full. I want a refund, there wasn't even an apology for when we finally got them 15 minutes AFTER it said our server was bringing them out.

Online order took 30 minutes to be brought out. Saw 2 to 3 cars leave because they were not helped in that time frame. Would have left as well If I didn't already pay.

Food and service here are really hit or miss. Last few times I have went by during my lunch break, they were very slow bringing out a small order. That would be understandable if they were busy, but they were not.
First I had a fly in my drink that I drank then I asked for fresh tots got old ones that where dropped after already being cooked an I tipped 5 dollars on a meal that wasn't even 10

The server was more interested in conversating with a regular than delivering food to the other patrons that were waiting while she had all of the orders in her hand!!

The deals they text are great. I'm less likely to eat at Sonic without the deals or rewards. The foot-long chili cheese coney is my favorite. Use the app for half priced hair hour all day long.
Ordered online at this location. Screen said my food was heading out fifteen minutes later still no food. Hit the red button the lady gets smart with me and says well we only have one hopper and disconnected ‼️ so if it's ready I go to the door for her to tell me we're preparing it now it's been twenty minutes at this point. I will not be back to this location ever!!!!
