The worst Starbucks in Evansville. Extremely long wait times for drinks and poor customer service. I was in the drive thru and my drink wasn’t ready. The barista with the rotting teeth had the audacity and nerve to tell me to either come inside or drive back around when it was ready. Excuse me since when was this a store policy ever at any Starbucks location.? No thank you sir or ma’am you can argue with me all you want but I am not doing that. My drink didn’t even have the extra caramel or toppings I asked for. ?

First it took anyone behind the counter 5 minutes to acknowledge us when there was no one else in line. I asked for water to be refilled in my water bottle and was told I'd have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to receive my water, as they rang me up for my water, the barista tried handing me a for here hot mug, when I clearly was handing them her water bottle. I think the 2.5 rating makes sense but wish I would have seen it sooner. Pretty sad since I am a former Starbucks barista to see that Starbucks is no longer the high-standard of quality customer service.

I came through in the morning and they were rather busy, but despite having so much going on David was so bright, friendly, and attentive! I know how difficult it can be to keep a cheery attitude when you're so busy, but they really brightened my morning! Thank you, David!

There was a short line in the drive-thru, which was the reason I stopped. But, they must've been quickly making orders because they made my drink wrong. I usually order a drink with a sweetener in it, because the drink without it is very tart, but I could tell that they did not add it. Instead of serving me a drink that I disliked, I would have appreciated it if they told me that they were either out of the sweetener or suggested a different alternative.

This is the only Starbucks I’ve ever been to in Evansville or outside of Evansville that will make you go around again or come inside if your drinks not ready when you come to the window. They used to just keep you waiting at the window until your drink was done. Is Starbucks choosing quantity of quality now?
