I placed an order on 2/23/24 @ 7:44 am for my lunch for work & it was totally wrong…I did not have to wait in line to place the order through drive-thru but the wait was long as it was being prepared which I didn’t mind & so I would have thought that the order would have been correct but sadly it was not…I’m not sure if they will replace the sub since it was over $14 & I still have the receipt..it would be nice…the young lady @ the window was pleasant but I was very disappointed with the incorrect order.

In store order, staff were friendly and made sub as ordered. What I could see looked clean and the sub tasted fresh. Prices were reasonable and the whole process was quick and easy.

Ordered online for in store pickup, said order would be ready at 7:40. Pull in at 7:35 and all doors are locked, employees behind the counter and customers eating in the dining area with no signs stating anything about the door being locked or why. Drove around to the drive through and told them I was there for a pickup and the doors were locked and the punk teenager just looked at me like I had three heads and said the doors close at 8, I replied that it was only 7:40 and he laughs and says there is only two people working then continues to stare at me. I said can I have my food and he replied with a smart attitude and said yes I’ll get your food.

This subway was one of the worst fast food places I’ve ever been to. I mean we asked to speak to a manager, and if course the three people in there said “sorry we don’t have a manager here right now.” I mean they didn’t even know what they were doing at all? This place has to be a joke, and so are the people working there. Embarrassing. Welcome to Evansville!
They completely messed up my order. What’s the point of ordering at the speaker when they make you repeat the whole order at the window. On top of that they forgot one of my sandwiches. Ordering here is alway more complicated than it needs to be.

The people who take the orders are always polite and professional but I don't understand why the get orders wrong so frequently. Mostly that they want to add mayonnaise to every sandwich. Pricing and portions at Subway have gotten out of hand as well. If you don't order double meat it's basically a loaf of bread for ten bucks. Also, I shouldn't have to ask for more than one or two slivers of vegetables. Onions and peppers aren't that expensive.

I would not go thru the drive thru here again. The service was slow and very short. And on my turkey sandwich there was little to no vegetables that I order. Waited 21 minutes for a cold sandwich and soft drink.

The signs on the doors say that the dining room is open until 8-8:30, but they were locked with staff standing behind the counter.... another sign says that the drive thru was open, but I didn't even try ???
