Been in this drive through for 20 minutes because the lobby is closed (it's never open). These people are rude and slow af. I could go to the store and get everything I need to make my sub, and make it before they were done with it.

I am really pissed off at this subway. Two mornings in a row, I went for my husband and I because we work 3rd shift and there was someone there but they were not open. They open at 8 am and I went yesterday at 8:30 and again today at 9 am and they were closed. You shouldn't advise 8 am open if you aren't going to be. I really liked this subway. Not anymore.

A week or so ago, I went in to pick up an online order. I waited at the register for a good ten minutes. No one ever acknowledged me, nor do they have the online order rack you see at other Subway stores. They were busy as it was lunch, but that doesn’t excuse not being acknowledged.

I went into the subway at 4218 first Ave and one of the employees named Sam didn't even great me then while making my food he was talking on his phone the whole time with a ear pod in then made my food wrong I thought the rest of the employees were perfesionals the manager on shift was Amy Dempsey who corrected my order with politeness and a smile .Is it not your policy that your employees great custermers with thank you for choosing subway , and what can I Make for you today .
