Ordered through the app and nothing is right. Even on the receipt they taped on the bag, it says 1 foot long churro. Didn’t get that. Also both my sandwiches were supposed to be toasted and they’re not. The chicken on the chicken bacon ranch is ICE cold, wasn’t warmed up at all. I don’t have time to take it back and wait for them to fix it and with the chicken being cold it’s not even good to eat, so a wasted lunch ? also on the sub I ordered for someone else they didn’t put any of the veggies on.

Went today to get food and there was 2 people working. One of their workers sneezed several times and never once washed hands also wiped nose with arm still no sanitation. Then said employee got sent to back to continue duties. Where is the sanitation process of washing your

Yep, never again.... working in the area, $20 for a wrap and a drink. Wrap was about half the size as from other subways, lady behind d the counter said prices just went up. Ordered from the one in Mt. Vernon last week, wrap, drink, chips and broccoli soup for $16 with Tax and tip... sad to see a company who proudly advertises "locally owned and operated" on the front door, take advantage of the residences in a lower income neighborhood.. once again ($20) for a wrap and a tea...

Watch out for ripping off of items on sandwiches! Know how many meats should be on your sandwich! When I ordered Italian b.m.t., I got two meats, that is wrong. Also not enough ingredients on their bar as compared with other Subway locations. Training may be a problem.

Only reason this place is getting 4 stars is because of the one girl working the line during lunch rush..poor girl was all by herself with a line of people. I felt so bad, if I could have hopped behind that counter to help I would have. Worked for subway 15 years ago and never dealt the line alone during lunch or dinner rush..smh
