Ordered combo #1. If you're going to charge $9 for the tacos at least give me all three. I only got two. I also ordered a cheese quesadilla and got a chicken one instead that was spicy and made my kid cry because he was starving. After waiting in the drive thru as long I did I really expected better. food is okay most of the time, but beware of the one incredibly rude lady with the beanie and the piercings! she was really rude when i went in to get a doordash pickup for the first time. my phone stated i should show my details to staff, and i was instructed by the workers to go into the store (since "our lobby is open you can come in" was all i got at the speaker, oh boy i sure hope someone in a wheelchair or has accessibility issues doesn't end up in my situation, especially with the beanie emo rawr xD one)i go into the lobby, go to the front to show them my details, and all employees in the kitchen just sit around idly doing nothing... with one occasionally looking at me. eventually the really rude emo lady with a beanie and piercings yells at me "dude it's on the shelf"... which i didnt know, since i hadn't done pickup beforeall in all, really awful experience! i definitely wouldn't recommend doing a personal doordash pickup (and especially if the emo one with piercings and a beanie is in there, watch out) she's really rude and inconsiderate, also none of the employees seem to be capable of moving... given that they were all frozen still as i went in to show the staff my order details like my phone instructed

0n 02/14/2024, i came in drive thru and paid for grilled chicken burrito and spicy potato soft taco. They handed me beef burrito . I tried calling em back asking to return it for an exchange. Dude was in phone very rude and agressive and trying to refuse to exchange. He was accusing me of scamming when i ve full on burrito they handed me. Poor customer service poor management.
