Why do they not toast/char their tortillas? Seems other states do but not Evansville? And why is it when I add sour cream, it is always a bunch at one side thats it.?

Was actually shocked by how nice the girl working drive thru. Order was accurate and hot and made to my expectations. Will definitely visit this location again.
Waited for someone to take my order for 5 minutes. No answer so I drove to the window and told the team member I had a mobile order. They told me I had to go back around and let them know at the speaker. I told them I tried and no one answered to which he said, “yeah they were supposed to.” I drove back around and the same person answered the speaker….

Put sour cream on my potatoes and gave me a chicken quesadilla. Went back to get no sour cream and a cheese quesadilla. Got potatoes with no sour cream and a CHICKEN quesadilla. How do you mess up the same thing twice?

The tacos I ordered were perfect....except for the last one.....I went to take it out of the bag.....and I guess wasn't wrapped completely....lol....everything fell out! Oh well! Atleast they were fresh and hot!

Always forgets something in the order and when you go back to get it they don’t make it right even tho you tell them how it was supposed to be
This location has always been my favorite. If they do mess up on your order, they are happy to correct it. The night shift manager, TJ, is his name, i believe, is always pleasant and accommodating. This location is always clean and is in working order. The only problem I have a lot is the cinnamon twists tasting like chemicals but they'll remake them and it's better the second go round.

This is a very busy Taco Bell location, yet the staff here do a great job keeping up. The dining area is kept fairly clean considering the amount of traffic they have. They appear to have a great team of employees noted by the way they were smiling and bantering back and forth with each other. The food is good and came out as ordered. This store is easy to find using Google Maps as it is on the corner of U.S. 41 and Morgan Ave. There is plenty of free parking in their lot.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Kids love Taco Bell

It was a horrible place and experience. The manager and crew members were out in the parking lot I can smell them doing weed. You basically have to beg anyone to take your order. Every time I go in there, they're usually goofing off or yelling around. The place is a mess you can tell they don't clean, there's constant trash all over the floor and under the booths the seats are constantly sticky. Their bathrooms are usually never cleaned there's toilet paper all over the floor like a cat went in there or something. When my food is done it's usually burnt missing something or completely wrong I ordered a chicken chipotle ranch grilled burrito and they gave me a chicken grilled cheese burrito. The management is very rude you try talking to them about anything and they usually snap your head off I do not recommend anyone ever going here.
