Everything great except the necessity to pack everyone in like cattle. I understand it gets busy, but I’d rather wait for appropriate seating than to have too many people in one area with limited space.
I ordered a porterhouse steak medium rare and it was so dry it was like eating mulch and didn't taste well at all. The service was terrible would not give me and friends the right seating even though there was plenty of seating that would had worked out good. They were rude and short with the party. Very disappointed in Texas Roadhouse.

The bread rolls are of course amazing, the other food was cooked properly. It was busy so the service could have been better but the staff did their best. It was really loud. Overall, a great experience I definitely would recommend for anything except maybe a first date. It is a little too loud for that.

My steak was seasoned well and cooked to the proper completion. It was a little tough. I was offered another. I am not one to waste food.The service almost excellent. We asked for a table but were escorted to a booth. Once at the table, excellent.I found it quite noisy. We had problems hearing each other and communicating with our server and management. The music could have been turned off.

I took my son, was his fave in Louisville. I ordered potato skins that came tasting burnt, my steak that I ordered med well came bloody. I sent it back, and it came back over cooked and tough. The manager came out. I told him that I understood they were busy but couldn't eat the steak. He offered to make another, but I was ready to go at that point. He said he took it off. When I looked, he only took off 7.50. That was the main reason we went there. I don't see us going back.
My fiancé and I went out last night and decided to end our night with some steaks, as it was our 3 year anniversary. We were seated in the back area with just a few booths close to the wall. There was a table of grown men (with one uncomfortable looking lady) causing an absolute ruckus. We quite literally could not hear each other talk over their constant screaming, cackling, banging on the table with their fists and silverware, and harassing their server every few minutes for different items. We have never witnessed anything more childish and I‘m 20 years old. The table directly behind us got seated about 10 minutes after us and they asked for to-go boxes before we did. They were clearly as upset as we were. I understand Texas Roadhouse is not a quiet eating environment but this was just excessive. Our server acted like she didn’t notice while another one kept giving the noisy boys dirty looks but nothing further. The manager walked by us twice and the second time I clearly tried to get his attention and he walked right by. Had to pay full price for raised blood pressure and a headache. We will be staying home next year and making our own steaks.
