I ordered a number 9 value meal extra cheese no tomato. I paid $12 and first had to wait 9 minutes for my order only to get home with my order and it was all wrong. I am allergic to tomato and didn't have extra cheese at all. I am very upset with the fact I called to grieve my issue with management only to have the phone line tell me(the person you're calling is unavailable). This is unacceptable and I will never shop at that location again.

Went in for chili. No one at the counter. Waited 5 minutes or more for acknowledgement. Finally a girl came from drive thru walked past us and out the door came back in & said just a minute. Waited probably another 5 & I finally asked if a manager was on duty. They finally seemed like they were paying attention. Guy wearing a hood came on thru the door. Wearing ear buds and seemed like he didn't know what to do. Charged me for two small drinks when one was supposed to be water. Should have just left like the people behind us did. Tables weren't cleaned, napkins out of stock. Seemed plenty of help in kitchen but no one stepped up to clean dining room or bathroom. My son said men's room was disgusting.

Food is usually very good and fresh during breakfast and lunch times. Definitely one of my favorite Wendy's locations.
Everyone there was incredibly sweet and super fast. Dad and I dined in the cute sitting area where they have the fireplace, TV triva, and an adorable Christmas tree.Plus, I got the breakfast potatoes, which are absolutely fantastic.
