I try not to give any place a low grade. My cousin and I drove to this location, and all the lights were off. She called, and the woman who picked up said that they were open, but she was the only one working. We still went, and when we got there, it took 35 minutes to get the food done, and the order was wrong. I didn't feel like going back and dealt with the food. Either there need to be new workers trained and staffed at this location or close it down.

Bought a taco salad and the lettuce is bad. I threw away alot of bad pieces when putting food on a plate and after taking a couple bites, realized it's bad. I hope no gets sick. I paid $10 for food definitely not worth it and can't even eat.

Was told they couldn't understand me right after they repeated everything I said, then the worker (seemed younger with glasses and blonde hair??) at drive thru gave a lot of attitude talking over me when I'm trying to tell them what I had, then when I did get my food he nearly dropped it not looking when handing it out then slammed the window shut. I'm not normally one to complain but this is not what I'd expect in drive thru.

Went to Wendy’s for lunch - I wanted some Chili and a spicy chicken sandwich - I was told the chili was not ready - that’s what I came here for because it is cold outside - no chili what’s this world coming to - Wendy’s Burkhardt Rd - Evansville,

Food quality has gone down over the past few months. Last week, I got bacon egg and cheese biscuits, and the biscuits were barely larger than a silver dollar! Barely any bacon on it and not sure what the egg part really was. Bad thing is prices went up and quality/size went down. I hope things change soon...

This Wendy's is most consistent at providing very cold fries and cold food as well. Also, they will fill your cup to the very top with ice which is ridiculous. I think they are understaffed and that likely contributes to the consistent food quality issues I've experienced here.

They forgot my drink, when my husband mentioned it to the drive thru worker, she was annoyed and started to close the window before he finished speaking. He was not rude/upset but the worker was.

I went to the Wendy’s drive thru tonight to grab a burger for my son. I would have never continued waiting in such a long line, but my son is a super picky eater and I knew he loves Wendy’s and would eat it. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes behind other “drive-thru-ers” before finally getting to the speaker to order, however I was told to wait just a moment. After a few minutes, I hollered to the speaker unaware if anyone would hear me, that I was ready whenever they were for my order. To my surprise, he answered back, but only to say it would still be just a minute. With 3 hungry kids in the car (one of which was my 1 year old daughter who was getting fussy and crying at this point) I was beginning to get a bit anxious not knowing if we would make it much longer waiting in the car. After several more minutes I again asked if he was ready to take my order yet (by this point I had been waiting in the drive thru line, just to place my order, for a total of 32 minutes, so I kindly explained to him that my kids were getting fussy). Again I was told it’d be just another minute and he explained that he was the only one working. When I asked if he knew about how long it would be before he could take my order he said he had no idea and claimed to still have 6 drive thru orders he needed to finish and 3 people waiting at the counter before he could get to me. With this kind of answer, I knew I’d have to just take the loss of the 32 minutes I’d already invested into this drive thru and just go elsewhere. For the record, this employee was not speaking rudely or anything, I think he was likely just preoccupied with other customers/orders and probably overwhelmed. While his willingness to take on every responsibility and run the entire restaurant solo is admirable, I really think he should have just closed down the restaurant for the night if he did not have adequate help, or he could have at least stated over the speaker that the wait would be at least “XX” amount of minutes due to being understaffed. I’m sure others would have changed their mind much sooner and it would have prevented so much wasted time at this drive thru. I feel like there is typically a trend of being understaffed at this location as it’s not the first time I’ve drove away due to the excessive wait time.

I went in to order a triple hamburger no cheese no salt just let us catch up tomato they wanted to charge me over $8 for that sandwich I can get the same sandwich with a senior sweet tea and a fort Wayne Indiana for $6.36 I would say the Wendy's here is a little overpriced you are not a high class restaurant I can spend $3 more and go to a nice golden corralbby reading the reviews they need new management. Trust me I have 28 years in. The industry
