I ordered a Philly cheesesteak a few weeks ago for pickup and they called to tell me they were out of the meat for the sandwich. I requested a refund and was told I’d have to wait until a manager was available to get the refund and that I’d get a call back. Never heard anything; called the week after and was told again that a manager would have to settle a refund and that they’d call me back shortly when one was available; still haven’t heard anything and haven’t gotten my refund.

Very cool place. Food was great. Our waiter was great. The ice cream was so good. Definitely gonna be coming back again. Drove 50 mins to get there and it was well worth it. Thank you to the Chocolate Moose.

The Chocolate Moose is an old fashion Soda Fountain diner and ice cream store. I love the nostalgia as much as the breaded tenderloins and chocolate malts!
Cute place. Our waitress was wonderful. Food was great. Loved the homemade chips. Would be willing to travel a little out of our way to eat here again.
