My daughter and I got sat in the bar area Not Busy At AllThe bar tender was supposed to be our server never looked at us, we was there for 10 min never even got drinks so we left. We both are servers so we was disappointed ? in the service smh We went to the Westfield location and was greeted and seated immediately and our server came over within 2mins the sever so nice , Great Service at this one ?

Service was good. I ordered the French dip sandwich. The prime rib slices were burnt, and the sandwich was greasy. French fries were way too salty. All in all, very disappointing.

Literally the only time ive ever been to an apple bees and absolutely loved my food. The chicken is cooked and seasoned PERFECTLY. Shrimp isn’t rubbery like it usual is from an apple bees. I don’t order steak because I always end up with a shoe and now I kind of wish I would’ve ? because the chef is ON POINT! I meant to save some chicken for my dog but, I mean ?♀️.. it’s hardService is disturbingly slow though… there’s 3 tables. I need my check lady! Kid-friendliness: My kiddo also loves his food. Mac, strawberries and apple sauce

Just terrible! The food was horrible. Definitely not a fan. My boyfriend didn't like it earlier he wasn't satisfied with the food but the servicer she was great
Went for the unlimited ribs/shrimp/wings. First reorder was ok, but it seemed the server avoided us after that. The restaurant wasn't all that busy, but our server was less than attentive.

I don't understand what's wrong with Applebees, and people they employee. But I'm really so sick of having to make complains on company's that fail to do their job. How is that I walk in at 11:05PM, after YOUR WEBSITE says you close at 12AM! I have been standing there for exactly 8 minutes before I FINALLY asked if they were closed.... Multiple people that were working there, watched me and my family stand there for as long as I could until I asked if they were open...... they all turned and said no. I don't understand at which point were you going to say that you were closed??????!!!!? Then decided to say, it says it on the door. I'M SORRY no one's reading the door, when 1. The door is open! And I walked right in. And 2. The website says!!! 12AM! I mean, these are the people that you hire to give "customer service"? I would never come back to this Applebees EVER again, and I didn't even spend a dollar and I would NEVER because the least you could have said while we stood there, was we're closed. Someone even walked by us, and said hey guys how's it going.... Like what a horribly ran restaurant. Train your people better. And this is why I go to the one in Carmel. Way better service and employees and managers!

All you can eat shrimp. Shrimp is always good but the fries were amazing. Wife nibbled a few off my plate and agreed. Server covered a lot of ground but was always pleasant. Later we tried to get the special 52 week discount card but it sold out in a flash. ?
