Went thru drive thru, I was given 2 identical orders and I had ordered 1 meal, 1 additional sandwich, was charged for the extra I didn't order. Customer service was good but not attentive to the order.

Friendly staff, it was a very busy day for them, and they just kept knocking them orders out. Not as decorated as other Arby's locations I have been to.
Service can be slow at times (I'm sure that's not their fault though) but the food is almost always fresh and hot, the order is always right, friendly and helpful staff! Strawberry lemonade is delicious.

There was no Buffalo sauce on my Buffalo chicken slider and no chicken on my Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich. Do not recommend.

I understand that it's busy during lunchtime, however 25 minutes from the point of ordering until being given your food at a FAST FOOD restaurant is inexcusable. You folks have to do better. Today, by the time you served me, all I had time to do was return to work and put my food in the fridge. Your lackadaisical approach wasted both my time and my money. Extremely disappointed.
