Pretty disappointed eating here.Wait to be seated but no one there to seatyou. Mostly empty with dirty tables. Food decent,server nice but everyone hangs out in the back. One server working hard the other not. Poorly managed. Everyone doing the minimum. Saturday night this place should be poppin. It’s not.

We decided to try a different pizza place (ordered online for pickup) and we were disappointed with Aurelio's. The pizza was okay, but we ordered thick crust and received thin. We ordered boneless wings and those were chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce on them (see picture). We ordered mozzarella sticks and received 4 mozzarella sticks that were essentially just frozen mozzarella sticks from the freezer section at Walmart (see picture). For $8, I would at the very least expect more than 4 if they're going to be such low quality. We have thought about trying Aurelio's for a few months now and I wish we hadn't because it was a pretty disappointing experience.

Update! Fantastic value, service and food. We love all the waiters, waitresses and staff. So welcoming and attentive they really do make you feel like family. We get the wings, salad and pizza. The Super Six "the Works" Pizza is phenomenal. You can't go wrong here, we love it.

Started out iffy...but got better quick.Jamie, our server, is fantastic.Always there with every thing we needed. And sometimes before.Pizza with spinach, tomato and mushrooms may be my new favorite.Salads are crisp and fresh and abundant. Prices are fair.

Absolutely worst personalities under one roof! Listen to short heavy cook upset saying got a a lot of fu$King pizzas to make at 7:30On top of it I left no tip but they put a tip on without permission?? Stood at the bar for 10 mins before a lady came up said go out and go thru other door tha says carry out, No directions says dine in only???? Should have got frozen pizza!!!!

The cheese stuffed pizza is out of this world! I love the marinara sauce. And cheese stuffed breadsticks - yum! My favorite I've tried in the area (we just moved here). Also nice, and quick service! Will be back a ton.

Pizza is awesome and always delicious. And most of the appetizers are great too. However the bread sticks and regular garlic bread are disappointing. So we usually just get pizza and maybe the zucchini sticks.

There is no caprese salad here anymore, heads up the online menu is a bit outdated "And the tea tastes like feet!"

So I placed an online order for carryout yesterday. Drove over to pick it up and found the carryout door locked, with no one there to open up. Went to the front door, same thing. It was pouring down rain the whole time so I ran back to my car again and phoned, asking someone to bring it to my car. Get the pizzas home and discovered one was overcooked, almost burnt. I'm very familiar with the original Aurelio's in Homewood and others nearby, this one is a huge disappointment.
Terrible carryout service.Missing food items and I ordered a vegetarian pizza and the receipt had sausage as a topping listed on it. When I inquired about it, the cashier confirmed that it is veggie and has NO meat. Got home and guess what! Has sausage all over the pizza.Salad was missing, the breadsticks were stale and had a smell to it.

Terrible quality. 6 yrs. ago it was a good restaurant with ties to south suburbs of Chicago. It's taken 5 yrs. to ruin reputation & name of a Chicago staple since 1958! I would not recommend!

This is the closest pizza that tastes like it's from 'the region'. I love the thin crispy crust with the cheeses. At first, I didn't think it was as good but my family raved about it and wanted to order again. Now, it has been our first choice. They are a very friendly establishment and it's always a special treat getting Aurelios for a weekend dinner.

Best pizza in town, but your hours are wrong.Really disappointed to physically visit your location, only to find the door locked and the hours on the door indicating you should be open.Google has the wrong hours listed for this location.The manager was nice, but didn’t seem too worried about the inconvenience this poses to hungry customers that took time to visit.It’s an easy fix, GET ON IT, and I’ll update this review to 5-stars like you deserve.

Absolute worst service I have ever had. The servers disappeared for 20 minutes at a time and abandoned the entire dining room. People were going to the servers station to get their own napkins and plates. We actually had to go into the kitchen to get someone's attention to get our check and a carryout box. Tried to go into the bar to get the drinks we had ordered but there was nobody there either. It was like an episode of kitchen nightmares. Unless something drastic changes this place will be closed soon. It's too bad because I really like the pizza. I used to go to the original location when I was a kid and it has always been great. This location is seriously damaging the reputation of this brand.
