The food was delicious and had great texture staff were nice got an everything bagel with cream cheese loved it. Place felt very warm and everyone was very nice.

Great bagels and decent coffee. The chai spice latte is delicious.Really good selection of smoothies and the bagels cream cheese. Very much appreciate the service there too. Always kindBeen coming here for years and in general great service but a few times now they have gotten my order wrong. Missing additions to my bagel, no extra on my latte, and even an extra shot. In the mornings when I go, this is a small inconvenience but also sets my day up on the wrong foot. I really enjoy this place still

Great food always. Extremely good coffee and specialty beverages including smoothies, and some of the best muffins around.Staff is always friendly. Worst thing I can say is there is a bit of a wait at peak times, but they are staffed right--just the down side of popularity for their food and beverages.

Great service, and a clean place, but the bagel was absolutely mediocre. I don't recommend eating here. Store bought frozen bagels are better honestly, which I'm really disappointed to say. Maybe it was the french toast bagel that I ordered was a bad choice?

I was surprised how busy this place is. It is reasonably priced. it's nice and clean inside. I got a bagel toasted with butter and a coffee. They have several coffee flavors and you can choose and refill while in the store. I only spent about $4. The internet was good for doing some work after my meeting.

Great bagels, but the service is nauseatingly slow.... like, sloooooooooooooowww slow.How many employees does it take to shmear a bagel? (I feel like there is a joke in here somewhere).Ordering ahead is the only way to dine out from Big Apple Bagel. Free balling it and ordering at the counter may make you want to jump through their big glass doors as insanity surges through your veins wondering why, whyyyyyyyyyy does it take soooo long to shmear bagels at a bagel store.I cannot overestate how delicious the bagels are though. I recommend the white chocolate swirl bagel. Although I haven't tried any yet, their muffin selection looks off the chain. And I don't even like muffins!

The bagels never seem fresh and the prices aren’t worth it. Oh and if you order a smoothie prepare to wait and when you ask politely about it… they claim they don’t remember you ordering it. The other girl waiting at the counter told me about that same thing happening to her the last time she was there.

some worker yelled at us when i only got half a sandwich and asked for a remake. i don’t think they even do half bagel orders. he said it’s supposed to come like that but i literally got the same thing yesterday.

This review is mostly about their online ordering. I usually go in person and everything is great. The food delicious service is great. I had a tight schedule today, but I still had about 10 minutes to spare. I decided to try their online ordering and when I walked in the store they were not very many people and but there was clearly someone else having an issue with an online order ahead of me. I checked in and told them my name. She said they were still working on it and I waited for 10 minutes and nobody ever called my name and about five other people came in and got their food while I was waiting. I checked again when I had to leave and they said they didn’t have my order and then they found it sitting on the counter and then they said they didn’t have that type of bagel, so nothing was done for like 15 minutes while I was there, I probably could order food three times already and gotten it. Do not do that online ordering
