It’s a shame as this place used to be great. New owners took over 2 years ago and it’s been down hill since then. Went from6 coffee flavors to 3 and they are now weak. Always out of things and it’s not clean. C rating on the door for cleanliness. If it weren’t for the two girls that have been there for years they wouldn’t have made it this long. The owner needs to step up or sell the place as he obviously doesn’t care.

We eat at Big Apple on a regular basis and have always liked it, but feel it is going downhill. Today’s visit had only 2 workers during breakfast rush, mops and bucket sitting out near coffee station…..but the biggest gripe is that half the ceiling lights are burned out! Coffee station is literally in the shadows. I feel this is an easy fix; c’mon guys!

I’m Lactose intolerant and I asked for no cheese on my bagel and I drove all the way home and sure enough there’s cheese on it. I know I could have checked but if you’re making food to order it’s not my responsibility my food is made right.

Bagels are fresh at the Avon location, not here!I was given bagels that had been frozen! The muffins seem like frozen to defrosted as well! The teenagers I have dealt with are very rude and don’t want to serve the customers! Please do not leave an owner response or any response I have a severe condition and your response will put me into the hospital!Thank you!

I feel like I walked in on an employee meeting gone bad. So many employees there and just snipping, snipping, snipping at each other to me. Thanks for the toxic morning bagel and please leave me out of your

I was on the North side and stopped in for breakfast. I hoy an egg bagel and a coffee. The bagel was ok but had absolutely no seasoning and the coffee was ok. Would not be my first choice for breakfast but not terrible.

Those muffins are ninety-nine cents on Mondays, and it seems like Monday mornin muffins are the most fresh you find with people buying a dozen at a time. You can just get 1 for 99 cents, but I recommend having 2 or 3 mainlined while you eat another

Went in an hour before close to order a dozen bagels and the employee informed me they didn't have any available and was rather unprofessional. I let them know that I was willing to wait but they said they weren't making anymore for the day. With still an hour left I felt that this was kind of ridiculous.

Giving 3 out of 5 because I do love their bagels & muffins & want to continue to stop in but twice now they have added a tip to my total when I didn't tip. I get alerts from my bank if there was a price change so I'm fully aware but not sure how aware others are if they don't get alerts. I called last time & spoke with the manager & she assured me they would be more careful but here we go again. Double check your statement 24 hours after you pay!

Frozen bagels out of the box warmed on a conveyer belt and thrown into baskets behind the register. One of the 18 HSE high schoolers smears a paper thin amount of cream cheese on the bagel.

I love their chocolate cheesecake muffins. But this time around I didn't get any cheesecake, and the muffins were much smaller (I bought three, they were all this way). Total bummer dude ):

What a surprise. Big Apple located in Fishers and also a restaurant in Noblesville. My sister was the one who recommended this to me and it has been a great delight ever since I moved to Fishers back in 1987 I've been a big apple bagel fan and if you try it you'll become one too. the bagels are very large and they always have a good selection and they offer the best tasting muffins you've tried at a very minimal price.
