Don't get the hype. Very plain and boring. You would thing that the signature classic item would be amazing. Not the case in my opinion. Tried it so now we know. So many better places close by.

Have gone to this location a few times for lunch and never been disappointed. Some of the best chicken salad I've ever eaten and make sure you get it on a croissant. Went there Monday for lunch and waited in line for 30 minutes. Looks like they were understaffed so no big deal. The issue i had was they didn't let the customers know they only had three flavors of chicken salad available until we got to the register. It would be a good idea to put the available chicken salad options at the BEGINNING of the line and take them off the board as you run out. I was pretty disappointed.

I have tried CSC at another location and I thought it was fairly good. It was super hot today so I decided to give this location near my home a try. I ordered a salad (ranch, extra cucumber) with a scoop of chicken salad and a side of fresh fruit. I placed my order online. When I arrived I told the cashier my name and she started looking at pick-up orders. She didn't find mine and didn't say anything else to me, just started helping the next customer. I had a seat and waited a few minutes and then a gentleman that was cleaning came over and packed up my order. I got home and opened my salad to disappointment. It was literally all lettuce/spinach and a scoop of chicken salad. It had two cherry tomatoes. No cucumber or anything else that it gives you the option to add or remove when you order online. The scoop of chicken salad was pretty small as well, at least compared to the piles of lettuce. The fruit cup was also not even all the way full. The online pictures are definitely deceiving. The positive was that I asked for crackers and they gave me a large handful of crackers and the food itself was pretty tasty. With that being said - $13 for what I got seemed a bit steep.

I've never seen any adult working here which could be why it's always so incredibly dysfunctional. It took 30 minutes after ordering in the store on a Monday and they left out one of our four meals. Never even rung it up as it turns out. It had taken so long already that we just left and will have to share our dinners. There was another customer in the store too who ordered his food online, waited until the pickup time (30 minutes according to him) just to find out that no one even started his order.

What a great place for a light \\u0026 satisfying meal. The chicken salad on a croissant with a lemonade is a great summer dish. But overshadowing everything is the fantastic customer service. From the moment I walked in they were super nice, knowledgeable about the food, and made honest suggestions.

Absolutely love this place! I haven't had a flavor I didn't like. Today I got the Sassy Scotty on a croissant, the poblano chicken soup, and an extra scoop of Dixie Chick. I love the onions in the Dixie Chick. Prices are reasonable and you get a good portion. Parking can be tough on busy days.

We love going to Chicken Salad Chick. I love the fact they have several different kinds so whatever your taste buds crave for the day they got you covered. You can get a scoop and eat it with crackers or you can get a sandwich. Fruity Fran is my favorite because it has grapes, Fuji apples and pineapple but a close second for me is the Fancy Nancy which has Fuji apples grapes and pecans. I learned something the other day that blew my mind. I loathe celery I think it's the most disgusting thing ever. Come to find out it's in all their chicken salad but it's so finely diced up you don't even notice it or taste it. I listed my two favorite for you but yesterday I tried the chicken salad BLT with the Dixie Chick which is the only one they sell that has onion in it and I got mine on a croissant and loved it. Their croissants are okay but I've had better but I'd still order one again. You MUST try the grape salad. It is delicious! And the cookie they give you with your combo is tasty as well. They have good sweet tea and I almost tried their watermelon tea but didn't. Next time. They have a reward program so signup! They will let you sample any of their chicken salad. They have two soups every day but they do change daily.

Jalapeño holly and Buffalo Barclays are both delicious. They do NOT skimp on the crackers - if you ask for extra, be prepared for a bunch! Lol the staff are always super helpful and you can sample any/all the chicken salads you want. Can’t really speak for much else on the menu since I’m a creature of habit, but I’ve taken friends and family from out of town and they all wish they had one closer to their own homes.

We ordered on their site and was able to pick fairly quickly after placing the order. So Michigan peeps, this place has not opened a location here but hopefully it will soon. The food is good and the portion size is just right. I had the mac n cheese and the classic chicken salad on toasted bread. It also came with a tasty cookie. Chicken salad Chick is worth a try!

Such a great alternative to all the other options here in Fishers. We were there early and the young server was very friendly and helpful in taking our order. I ordered the original chicken salad, chicken and dumpling soup. My wife got the egg salad. Everything was so good and fresh. Looking forward to visiting again.
