The service here was the best I've ever encountered at a Chipotle. The line was a few people deep, so I expected to wait a bit. The employees made each order incredibly quick while still treating everyone with respect. They were surprisingly upbeat and peppy!I will note they were out of fajita veggies.Overall still a great experience.

They were still out of items like the vegetables, which is one of my favorite parts. I can understand 15 minutes late and at least have everything ready, but 35 minutes and still out of some other items, because it has not been made yet it’s completely unnecessary. It wasn’t like they were short staffed because there were six employees getting everything ready. This place has been going downhill for the last couple of years, and I think I finally had enough. I don’t see myself visiting another chipotle for a long time because this was one of the good ones and that’s not the case any longer. And for the price that I paid for the bowl which was $17 because I had to get extra steaks and they were out of the vegetables I could’ve gone to Texas roadhouse had a really good steak with a few sides and paid a little more.

Great atmosphere......but 1st n last time at that location though.....from my experience at any other chipotle if something is one scoop away from being out I have never been told "well it's gonna be about 6 more minutes" huh? So inside ur mind u believe I want to wait 6 additional minutes for something that should already be in rotation? No I'm good!!!! The normal thing to do is when it's low is to replace the pan so that's not being said. Now I don't know if it was a black and white thing but I am a black American, they obviously white and for that reason, I will Never return to that location. Maybe to any of them.......

I placed a mobile order for a stake bowl with double the steak bowl toppings. In the app notify me my order was ready . When I got there. I stood with no one else in line and was ignored while four of your employees stood there in the front talking and not even acknowledging I was standing there to get pick up my food. When I got there, they told me they did not have any kind of stake.I did not want chicken I do not eat chicken. manager who aleast she said she was the manager, she says she was named Cynthia a young black girl , who was rude when I asked for A. Refund. I didn't understand why they said my order was ready for pick up it was never ready. They treated me like it was fault . I come to your restaurant Many times. It was such a bad visit.

Absolutely love that I drove 30 minutes to my closest chipotle, waited 25 minutes in line, only to be told they have no proteins available. F chipotle entirely, I will never make the trip again. Love that I now have to drive 30 min back home EMPTY

My mobile order was messed up and the staff didn’t even bother to tell me that my order was not completely prepared. I ordered a burrito, quesadillas and a side of guacamole. When I picked up I noticed that the bag contained two bowls and no side of guacamole.When asked was told they ran out. Came home and opened the bowl labelled quesadillas but found only mixed up sides of beans and sour cream and no quesadillas. The other bowl had the burrito but only half the quantity than what you get at the store.Really upset and would never go back to this store.

Edit: originally posted a year ago, changing to one star. Ordered a chicken quesadilla for 6:40 pm pickup, wasn’t ready until 7:05 pm. They RAN OUT of proteins, and their mobile order line was backed up. After receiving my $10 “quesadilla”, it turned out to be a plain, dry tortilla and chicken on the side. No cheese, not assembled or prepared. I want my money back and will not return to this location.Original:Definitely don’t order ahead at this location if you’re looking for a quick pickup. I ordered at 1:20, for pick up at 1:30 - was not handed my food until 1:52. The walk-in line was faster than the online ordering; and this is the only Chipotle I’ve ever visited where this is true. If you have 30 minutes to waste, use the app; otherwise order on site or go to another location.
