The only place I’ll buy chicken from now on! Sauces made in house, chicken actually had flavor! Staff was so nice and the place was clean enough to eat off the floor! This should be the next up coming chicken joint, if you haven’t been you better go! Manager was really nice and took care of us, lady at the register was a sweet heart!

The food was okay, nothing special. The Buffalo blue sandwich had way too much sauce and was very messy. The fries were the best part. What makes it so we will never be back is the customer service. The one who took our order was fine but the second person up there delivered the food 10 feet to the table, threw it down without saying a word and then laid her head on the counter for the rest of our visit. Gross and rude. There is a camera so I hope the boss will look at see that they are paying people to lay around. Fishers location about 3:30 pm on February 4th. Place was dead and I am sure it won't last with those winners working there.

I'll just start from the beginning. I get here and the place is very clean. I've never been so I wasn't sure what to get but the menu is small so it wasn't overwhelming. I ordered a tender meal. It took a few minutes and the manager was bringing my food to me. Everything was fresh and piping hot. The tenders are different from other places. They're amazing. Juicy on the inside, and a nice crisp on the outside. The fries are also different. They come sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and they were pretty good too. I was the only person there so I was able to talk to the manager about the place. He was very friendly and gave me a lot of info on the place . He also let me sample a tender dipped in their spicy oil. My only regret was that I didn't know about it earlier. It was so good. I'll definitely be back.

tenders are a bit small but absolutely delicious and good quality. their house sauce is good too and the parmesan fries are amazing. service was fast and inside is kinda small but very cute.

Juicy. Crispy. Great seasoning. Great dipping sauces. Delicious fries. Good service. Clean. Really can't go wrong if you're craving fried chicken on the go. I feel like this place doesn't get the credit it deserves.

Great experience at City Bird last night. The two employees working were super kind and sweet to our 3 year old. They were accommodating and the food was great. The space was also very clean. We will definitely be back!
It's time for my monthly lunch date. And once again, Citybird didn't disappoint. It's funny when you become a regular and the manager smiles when you walk in. At this point, I'm pretty sure he knows what I want. It's very rare that I switch things up. My food was of course, hot & fresh. I will say that on this visit, I learned that they no longer carry the Truffle Aioli sandwich or sauce. I tried the sandwich one time as well as the sauce and I'm not surprised by the decision to no longer offer it. It was good, but it ranked low on my ranking compared to the other sandwiches and sauces. On another note, CB by far has some of the best music while dining. It's not possible to have a fun dining experience if dining in. Good food + Good music = Double magic!

This was our first time here. The food was excellent and the portion was too! We each got the spicy tender sandwich. It was loaded with chicken, coleslaw, and sauce! The fries had parmesan on them. They went well with the City Sauce. The meals come with a drink. I thought the price was great for the taste and portion. The store is small with minimal seating but it was fine for lunch time during the week. The person taking or order was nice and filled us in on menu since it was our first time. We will absolutely be back and will bring others with us!

First time I ever had City Bird, and it was Door Dash delivery.Ordered the tenders in Spicy Oil, and I'm glad I did as my first experience. The spicy oil adds a kick to it that isn't too strong at first, but builds up over time as you continue to eat.Had I not gotten the spicy oil, I'd have probably thought the tenders were mid at best, but giving them a kick helped save that first impression, so I recommend getting them with the spicy oil.The fries had a good 'taste', but a bad consistency. This could be due to the fact they were soaking in their own fried oils during delivery, but they were all stuck together and kinda chewy in a way I didn't care for. As such, I didn't eat them all, and why I can't really give the whole experience 5 stars.100% going to order again though, the chicken's more than worth it. I'm reading the watermelon tea is good too, so I got something else to try next time I order.

I have been looking for chicken like this for years living in Indiana and this place hits the spot. I just tried their chicken sandwich for the first time and IT WAS SO GOOD. I got a lot of food $30 and have leftovers.
