This was one of the best overall restaurant experiences we've ever had. Kristen was our waitress and she's phenomenal! Request her if you go. The lobster cocktail is wonderful! Our steaks were great. Dessert was a multi layer chocolate cake with magical buttercream frosting. Highly recommend!

This place should be busy every night it's open. As a frequent traveler and foodie, it has the potential to be really good and have way more guests. Food was a 9/10, the venue itself is great. A few recommended changes still but if you haven't tried it yet, I think you should. Took me a while to get here since they opened but I'll go back for sure soon. The quality competes with the other staples in town and steakhouses. Needs some more foot traffic and regulars, groups of professionals and valet on the weekend nights.

Cooper & Cow is so cozy, inviting, and an intimate dining experience from start time finish. Our server was so kind and sweet- she reviewed the specials of the evening and offered recommendations that absolutely delivered. We ordered the ahi tuna and french bread for starters- both delicious! Our main course was the center cut filet, mashed potatoes, and green beans (all 10/10 amazing). We chose the apple pastry dessert option (can’t remember the exact name), and it was a great option for a light dessert after eating way too much for dinner. I can’t wait to go back and try different options on the menu- and not to mention the feel of a downtown restaurant located in Fishers- certainly one you won’t want to miss! Give it a try :)

Such a great atmosphere and good was fantastic. Very quiet and intimate setting. Feel like you're in a 20's speakeasy. Service was excellent.

Where I think this place falls short is value. Walking out of there this evening, I don't feel the cost is justified: and it's all little things that add up. 1. The cocktail list doesn't even list what the alcohol comes in their drinks. 2. Red wine was served in the same glass as the white wine. At this price point, you expect those little details to matter. 3. We split a salad and it came out with an extra plate that we had to split ourselves at the table. 4. $5 for butter. Ambiance was nice and the service was very good. Over priced by 20% in my opinion. Don't expect to go back because Ruth's Chris or Harry and Izzy's are surprisingly cheaper and those little things are taken care and make you feel like they value your money. Good luck C&C.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere but be aware it's VERY dark in there, with lights at each table. Felt more like a speakeasy vibe than a normal restaurant, but I liked that. At first it was interesting that the cocktail menu gives background on each of the drinks, but then this was annoying because it didn't say what was actually IN the drink, so the waitress had to walk through the ingredients to most of them. This seems like an obvious miss but easy fix. The waitress was very friendly, knowledgeable, and provided great service. The food was good but nothing overly stands out, except that my filet steak seemed to be a great cut of meat was very undercooked. I added the butter and had it been cooked as desired, it would've been excellent. My problem with this restaurant though is it is just SO expensive. If I had I walked away feeing like they had all the small touches nailed and my food was all delicious, then it'd be worth it. But it just wasn't that. This isn't the caliber of a Ruth's Chris or St. Elmo, despite charging slightly more. I'm glad I checked it out but unless they match their prices to meet the value, I won't be back.

Birthday celebration. Friendly staff. Seemed routine and somewhat mechanical so may be worth revisiting after they've been in business longer.

Visited with the family to celebrate my birthday. We all LOVED this restaurant. The atmosphere and layout of the space created an intimate dining environment. The lighting is discreet yet warm, and the decor is top shelf. Speaking of, they have a thorough selection of bourbons. I settled in with a Noah's Mill. You can view the printed menu or browse the wall of bottles near the bar. We ordered the Charred Brie and French Bread for starters - both were excellent. I ordered the Center Cut Filet, medium rare, Blackened with a Gorgonzola, Horseradish, Bacon Fat Crust. It was prepared perfectly - among the best steaks I've ever enjoyed. We ordered the mashed potatoes and asparagus as sharable sides, and the boys split the hamburger (the bacon was next level). We upgraded their fries to Truffle Wagyu Tallow Fries. And because it was my birthday, we (over) indulged in a slice of the Bourbon Chocolate Cake and the Creme Brulee. Everything was simply fantastic. My new favorite steakhouse to be certain. Next visit, I'm going for the Ribeye.

From starters to dessert, the food was top-notch! Swanky ambiance, knowledgeable staff and a friendly chef who stopped by our table to say hello. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

The bacon appetizer was excellent, along with the spicy margarita, ordered the filet Cooper style and it was perfect. Our waitress was Kristan (she will make you smile and laugh the entire night) she was exceptional! Amazing food plus superb service made for a perfect night.

Second time here. Finding kitchen to be very inconsistent. First time the steaks were very overcooked. This time, they were quite undercooked. Salmon was ok, but risotto was so salty it was inedible. Same with cranberry chutney that was on salmon. Salmon came to the table room temperature. Espresso martini is terrible. Total experience was very mediocre for upscale dining prices. While decor is cool it does not make up for the failure to deliver consistent food for the price. Too focused on appearance and not delivering on quality.

Inconsistent experiences here. However, both mediocre at best. Steaks have not been cooked to correct temperature either time. Once being overcooked, then under. Overwhelming amount of salt in risotto with salmon. To the point it was inedible. Filet only seasoned in one side. The server was rather uninterested in being at the table long enough to actually order without feeling rushed. Midnight martinis were terrible. Underpoured with ice chips (if you know martinis, you know this is from improper shaking) and no coffee beans, which is a staple when making espresso martinis. Salmon also came to table luke warm, as if it was cooked too early, then left to sit while steaks were fired. All in all, it was a pretty disappointing dinner. It feels like they have invested more time and effort into appearing upscale, that they forgot that the food and drinks are the reason people patronize. When competing with some phenomenal steakhouses in this area, they will have to step up their game to stay relevant, or it will end up just like their previous venture in this same location.

Best meal I have had in such a long time. The food is phenomenal! My favorites were the bourbon bacon appetizer, the beet salad, and do NOT sleep on the waygu flank steak. Our server Kristie was so attentive and had great recommendations. The grande finale of the chefs homemade ice cream was absolutely my favorite part.
