My husband took us to get a sweet treat. We haven't been here for quite a long time. It was a disappointment because they are making the Sundays smaller and charging more. And the young guy doesn't know how to give your change back. He had it in the receipt and it all slid out onto the ground. I look ? at him and said that he needs a different way to give change back. So now I have to reach to the ground and try to reach the change. It's a hassle to say that least.
Man doing drive thru window could completely reach me and exchanged my debit card. And promptly asked me if I would ‘mind to pull closer to the window so he could deliver my ice cream?’ Poor customer service representation!
