We had not had Donatos in a while. In fact, it had been many years. Just because you get into a habit of going to your go-to's. It was delicious! I was very pleasantly surprised. We will be going back to Donatos soon!

Food was 30 minutes late and was delivered by a 90 year old man that couldn't get out of his car. I had to walk down the street in the cold because he parked in front of the wrong house. The pizzas were ice cold.I gave feedback to donatos and asked for them to contact me, they refused to reach out to me

Have been ordering various items from this Donato's for years. Always for delivery. I live nearby and it very convenient. Over the course of several years there have been some expected hiccups. Forgotten drink order here or there. But what makes this one special is the way they always step up to make it right. I am a regular and always order Diet Pepsi and always place my order online. On one occasion, I mistakenly ordered regular Pepsi but the store recognized my address and to be sure the delivery driver actually brought both regular and Diet with the suspicion that I had made a mistake! They were right. Great service always. Great attention to detail. I you haven't ever tried Donato's you are missing something. Its something about their pizza sauce that is amazing!

We had a mishap with our delivery. Apparently, when they are busy (more than 60 minutes to deliver) DoorDash kicks in as the delivery service. It happened to us this evening and wow what a mess. The pizzas we got were literally sideways and all smashed hard into one side of the box. I called the store manager and she was awesome. She offered a credit. I just asked for the pizza we ordered to be resent. It arrived in the time she promised and looked perfect. Thank you!Lesson learned. If your delivery switches to doordash, check the product before the driver leaves. They are not the same as Donato's drivers. It's so frustrating that a poor delivery person got the tip I prepaid.Thank you Donato's Mgr on olio for explaining and making this right. We appreciate you!

Ordered a pizza online said 45 min till delivery. No problem. Took an hour and when I get the pizza it’s like they made it an hour ago. Soggy, cold and total crap. What a waste of money and it’s not like they had to deliver far as I live one mile away.

We regularly order from the Olio rd location and are always satisfied! The cauliflower crust is our favorite, and it's something I look forward to having a couple of times a month. The salads and different bread options are also good. They always seem to have good deals going on as well, I highly recommend signing up for the rewards points!

Have been a fan of the chain for going on 40 years and have visited this location prior.This trip was nearly a whiff.No ice in the drink dispenser and the solution was "I can get you a cold 20 oz. from the cooler." If I wanted bottled, I would have grabbed it initially.Asked about potato chips and got a quick "No. Don't have them."No napkins in dispenser at drink station.We had a choice and evidently chose the wrong location. Noblesville next time. I think I can survive the extra five minutes.

The doorbell rang. In the time it took me to walk to the door. The delivery guy put the pizza on doormat where people wipe their feet outside my door and was halfway down the driveway. Then after I gathered my food from the ground, the order was wrong. When I called the store, they seemed unconcerned that i was unhappy with my food being on the ground or that I expected the order to be right.This used to be a good store, but now it's being run by a bunch of guys who seem drunk or stoned. And don't waste your time calling to talk to a manager, they all seem to be "managers".
