Watched the worker use the hand without a glove to hold both sides of my bagel while spreading the cream cheese with his gloved hand. Told him I didn't want it because he held the bagel in the hand without a glove. He said he held it with his gloved hand. I said I just watched you and you did not. He said, almost quoting here "I literally held it with my gloved hand, I could go play back the video footage if you want".That nastiness in actions, words, and attitude speaks for itself. I left without even bothering to get my money back.

Terrible, terrible, terrible,. Ordered off the app, they never got the order. The The manager Vanessa was at the drive-through window and was rude As soon as she opened the window! the situation went from bad to worse within seconds with her attitude. We will never never go up there again. I can hope that the owner sees these problems with Vanessa and gets, another manager in there or he is going to lose a lot of business. Dealing with corporate today.

I would like to let everyone know that Vanessa that works at this location is very rude. While I was shopping at a local store I heard Vanessa in her work uniform degrade and curse out the employees of the store I was shopping at. I find it very unprofessional to do that. I hope she doesn’t speak to her employees the way she spoke to those wonderful employees at the store I was at. If you go here best of luck.

Not under staffed so I don't know why the confusion. 3 drinks took way longer than they should have. While waiting for the last drink, a medium vanilla cappuccino we were offered numerous things that we didn't order. When I was handed my drink it felt very light. Well more than half of it was foam. $5 for less than half a cup no thank you. So I go in to get a refund because clearly it would have been faster, my mistake for thinking this. I wasn't greeted when I walked in nor was I acknowledged standing at the register for a three to four minutes. When asked what can I make you today I responded with I need a refund more than half of the drink is foam. The reply was did we forget the vanilla? No more than half of the drink is foam. So I get my refund, not a sorry or can we make you something else for the troubles nothing just here you go. I've worked with the public a long time and I review both good and bad but even the store itself had racks as you walked in. Not welcoming at all. I couldn't find a good thing to say about this location. Management or franchisee needs to step in. My opinion

I want to start this off by saying I frequent here once or twice Mon-Fri and never have a problem. The weekend crew however is a hot mess every single time I go there.Three times now I have not gotten my food. I have put it in on the mobile app at least 15 minutes before I get there. I end up waiting there for at least 30 minutes, with people who ordered after me receiving their drinks and food. The employees are not ever available to flag down or assist because they run away from the counter the second they put something down. All 3 times I have ended up leaving without the food or a refund because I cannot flag anyone down to issue the refund.To add to all this, I never see a single adult working there on the weekend. I’ve worked in the food and service industry for over 10 years, so I am a very empathetic person when it comes to these kinds of things. However, having a bunch of teenagers run a store on one of the busiest days is unacceptable. They do not have the capacity to run a store efficiently or responsibly. Not only is this negligent business wise, but it has wasted my money and time and I’m sure many others. Something needs to be done to resolve this.As I said I frequent Mon-Fri and never have a problem. If you are planning to stop here on a Saturday be prepared to wait 30+ minutes due to disorganization and lack of management.

Perhaps the dirtiest dunkin donuts I've ever visited anywhere in the country. Small, limited seating. Sticky floors and tabletop that needed to be wiped/sanatized. Less than friendly service. No please-thank you.
