I had a bad experience. Only one person at the front. People lined up. The young lady behind counter continued to take orders although no one was helping her. Stood there for about,15 minutes before another lady came out of the back and helped. I have always found Jimmy John's has had good service so I will probably go back.

I don't even want to give a star pass poor attitude from driver not to mention after reviewing my camera the driver blocked the parking spots in front of my retail location and I don't care about that I just want a little bit better customer

god awful delivery with bad customer service at this lovation waited for two hours and didn't get my food!
Ordered catering for a graduation open house. Apparently our order was taken by another person who mistook it for theirs. We had it set for pick up at 11:45… we did not get out of there until 12:35. The girls working did try their best to remake it and fix it and were very kind. I just think it’s a bad idea to leave out catering orders for anyone to take without confirming with the person.Just set behind the whole day.. just a bummer. Hopefully their able to resolve this for future orders.

I love JJ's but this location is AWFUL! I received a text saying my food was delivered, however there was no food outside my apartment door. I texted the driver back letting him know this and he said it's there, it was left at (address) but apparently he thinks I own the entire apartment complex because he left it outside at 1 of the 4 entrances to the building. I texted him back a pic of my apartment# even though it was listed on the delivery address and he said I don't know which entrance to go in....obviously if you're at the correct building you're able to enter anywhere and just find the apartment number based on what floor it's on!! After running around looking for my food I finally found it outside and roasting in the sun, order wrong and no chips. I spoke to store manager who offered me a full refund and I asked if the tip would be included as well and she asked if I gave cash...if I had given cash then I would have gotten my food handed to me, right?! Customer service has gone down the toilet, and this location ruined Jimmy John's for me

Tried to place an order for pick up and was told it would be an hour which is not very fast. And on the phone we were told if we walked in and be quicker so we walked in after driving and were told it would be an hour to be able to get a sandwich. We will be avoiding the store for a while. And the staff we’re not exactly friendly.
