I knew that Korave used to be at the Test Kitchen in Fishers, but I was never able to get there when they were open. Imagine my surprise when I entered the Castleton mall and Korave was there! The people working there were super nice and gave us a sample of the beef, It was really good. I ordered the Beef bowl and the fried chicken bowl with a side of kimchi. I thought for sure that the beef was going to be better than the chicken, I was wrong. The chicken was amazing and the beef was slightly less amazing. The kimchi was good, not too spicy. I will be back!

I asked for the spicy sauce on the side because it is too spicy for me. The sauce was put on my bowl which made it very difficult to eat. Otherwise the food is delicious and the flavors are amazing.

Happy to see Korean food available in Indy! The bulgogi bowl was fine, but I thought there was a little too much sauce and not enough greens. For the price, I'd probably prefer something bigger and with more variety - egg, purple rice, pickled radish, etc. But I get that this is a Korean fusion place and I may lean more towards Bibibop style chains.

Delicious authentic Korean food. Good sized portions and decently affordable. The manager was polite and professional. I never would have thought I could eat such good Korean food in a mall food court.
I did not know what to expect, the restaurant looked interesting ? I'm happily surprised at how delicious this food is! I got the chicken. I love it! This will probably be my new go to place to eat at Castleton Mall. I highly recommend

Last Friday I tried some Korean food from here for the first time. It was really good!? I got the korean soy marinated chicken bowl and an order of mandoo(korean chicken dumplings). I can't wait to try their other bowls!

Plusses and minuses to this place. I am not huge fan of it being on Northside as there are literally zero korean restaurants downtown or within 465 loop in indy which is simply bizarre to me. Also is in mall which has its pros and cons, see this as being better suited for amp food hall, bottle works or city market even. The menu was fair and reasonably priced. Spicy pork was solid. Needs kimchi ordered alongside to complete it for sure. Food pre made on steam table as opposed to freshly prepared, though still good temperature on weekday at lunch. Cookie was disappointment, a noticeable decline from days in fishers test kitchen as was hard, not warm. Serves a solid niche in indy and welcome absolutely all Korean food but with that being said has potential with downtown location and expanded menu to kill the game.
