So easy and delicious. Kind lady carried my food out to my car when I had my hands full carrying my child. Such sweet service!

NOPE..... All I can say is that this establishment has gone wayyyyyyy downhill!!! The portion size has greatly diminished. The order of sesame chicken was about half of what it used to be. The child's ninja nuggets were pebble size pieces of fried dough with no chicken. They stuffed the plate full of fried noodles and rice. The egg rolls were soaked and drenched in rancid oil that tasted absolutely disgusting. The shrimp pad Thai was really gross. The shrimp tasted like it was boiled in water until they were rubber and tossed on the rice noodles. Fried rice was ordered and they gave us brown rice and wanted to argue that it wasn't brown rice. I will never EVER eat here again!! Lousy food and customer service. There was also another customer that had to return his sesame chicken because it was still frozen!!! So sad, I've been eating here for 20 years now and I just can't do it anymore. Sorry not sorry.

Super friendly staff. We got the bourbon chicken and rice. It was filling and good to eat. While eating, a guest walked in and they greeted him by name as he was a regular. I love seeing regulars frequent a place. Would come back and recommend. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Establishment is very clean as well.

Whoa Woah

The dude who works there is kinda rude

Made a stop on the way home for dinner at Mark Pi;s I usually check my take-out orders however the bag was tied several times and it appeared to be all there. When I returned home with my food, I was very surprised to find that there was not a drop of sauce on my order of Cashew Chicken. I made a call to Mark Pi's with my concern and was told that I could come back for a replacement. Considering that I was at least 15 minutes away I suggested that I could return within the next couple of days for a refund on just that dinner. I was then told that it was "impossible" that there was no sauce. Welp, here is a photo of the impossible. The gentleman that I spoke with made me feel as though I was lying about my complaint. Nope. Never going back.

Saw on their website it was authentic Chinese restaurant food. Ordered the crispy chicken, Mark pi entree both with fried rice, and both orders of dumplings.Brought it home and the fried rice was only egg fried with no flavor. Crispy chicken was drenched in sauce with no spice. Mark pi had some flavor but no spicy and too much sauce. We ended up not finishing it and only finished our dumplings ( which were okay).May try again but will look somewhere else.

I had high hopes for this place. The pictures looked great. We ordered a General Tso meal n crab ragoon. I asked for a side of sauce which cost me $3.72 btw. Chicken was WEIGHED n cooked n like 5mins tops but it Looked great! I couldn't wait to get home n eat. Got home... n It's was not good. The General Tso was not spicy at all. Ragoon had like pepper n it.. yyyyy idk. The rice was flavorless... Literally like no taste, like is it even real? Service was nice n fast but a waste, it went in the trash ?

When it comes to satisfying my cravings for Chinese and Asian fast food takeout, I always turn to this particular establishment. The service is consistently prompt and efficient, and the staff members are always personable and welcoming, which makes for a pleasant overall experience. I have made a point of trying something different each time I order, and I have yet to be disappointed with any of the dishes I have sampled. All in all, it is clear that this restaurant takes pride in providing its customers with high-quality cuisine and top-notch service.Vegetarian options: The restaurant's menu boasts a wide selection of delectable vegetarian options, such as the mini vegetable spring rolls and vegetable starters that are sure to whet your appetite. For the main course, you have the choice of either tofu or vegetables as your protein source for the noodle, rice, and Pi Entree dishes. This allows you to enjoy a satisfying meal that caters to your dietary preferences.

My “go to” place for lunch! I’m so blessed to be within walking distance from home. My two favorites are Sweet & Sour Chicken and General So Chicken. Usually visit twice a week. (Actually this is my third time this week!)

We've loved this place for years, but man, has it changed. Still efficient, friendly and clean, but the food is so different now. We stopped ordering things like MooGooGi Pan because the chicken got so lousy, kind of slimy, (like several other Chinese restaurants we know) but tonight, they'd changed the sauce on the beef and snow peas, now very hot, and worse, I ordered a favorite, crab rangoon, it was LOADED with pepper. The somewhat sweet taste was shot - like chili peppers in the angel food cake. Such a shame. Won't be back.
