Im a rewards member, had my app pulled up, had my ID. Its my birthday and the manager didn't want to let me have my birthday burrito. Not necessarily a way to keep a customer base. Definitely wont be getting food from the franchise ✨ if i could rate 0 stars i would. As a manager you kind need to work through things. Or at least attempt to do something.

I came here for a birthday burrito and it was so GOOD. You can get some pretty cool additions on your burrito which is nice and the employee that served us so so sweet and kind! The burrito was so thick and full we had to split it. It was so delicious and filled us up which was awesome

Stale tortilla not rolled right burrito nobody speaks English. Never again. 40 freaking dollars. And the burrito came undone and ruined a 25 dollar shirt. For that much money I can go to a REAL Mexican restaurant.Hope you choke on that forty like I did that awful food. I've eaten Moe's in 6 states. Worst I've ever had. ZERO stars. To think this exist in Fishers. Love using the dining room for storage

The food was on par with any of the other places. Edible.My problem was she kept insisting I got Caso Cheese and would not let the two dollar charge go. After a few minutes she gave up after the one putting my order together spoke to her in Spanish.BY THE WAY they need to learn white folk can also speak Spanish. I will never be back

So disappointed that they have taken Al a cart items off the menu. I use to get a kids quesadilla almost everyday but now you have to buy the whole meal… also $5 for the cup of queso now?? Go to pacos tacos if you want queso that’s comparable
