I am so disappointed in this location in Fishers, Indiana because they do not have a lunch menu. They do not even have the soup and salad offering anymore. It used to be one of my favorite places for lunch. Why!!!

I took my family here for a meal on Sunday. We go out to eat regularly as a party of 5 or 6. I have noticed a decline in service in general with so many businesses customer service since Covid. We have never had awful service at this restaurant but our experience Sunday was above and beyond pre covid service. Our waiter, JJ, was awesome!! He was very friendly and attentive to all of his customers that day. He definitely knows the menu and made great suggestions for us. He even kept my youngest from selecting something she would not have liked on the kids menu.Kid-friendliness: JJ was great with the kids. He was patient and answered kid questions about the menu.

My go to spot for good food and good drinks. I love this place. The pecan chicken tender salad and fried catfish dinner were both very good. The service is pleasant. Highly recommend.

From the moment you walk in, you feel appreciated. The hostess gave us a genuine smile and promptly severed us. The Bartender, John, thanked us for coming in and took our drink order while we perused the menu. We of course changed our dinner options multiple times and it was delivered as ordered. The food and portions are good and the staff was very attentive. Highly recommended and will come back again.

Had the BEST server this evening! It's been a long, long time since I've dined at O'Charley's and I will absolutely be back - and soon! And JJ is the biggest reason! Best service I've had in a very long time! JJ kept our soft drinks filled without us even thinking of asking. Food was brought out exactly as ordered and as soon as the chef finished preparing it - piping hot and delicious. JJ made sure there wasn't a lot of "lag" between courses and he was beyond professional and polite.

COULD NOT WAIT TO GET HOME TO WRITE THIS REVIEW!!!!!!!!! My husband & I were looking for some place to eat after church and we spotted O'Charley's on 116th St. Fishers next to McDonalds kind of tucked away and there was no outside waiting like most restaurants so we decided to take a chance. We were absolutely blown away. The inside was immaculate. It smelled clean and was comfortably spacious. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. The food was INCREDABLE!!!!! Believe me, I cook all our meals and we are organic and pretty picky where we eat and we are almost always disappointed. Our waiter T.J. was so attentive to our every need and treated us like royalty. Lexi is the kitchen manager who over sees ever plate before it goes out to the customer and the pick up orders. Jason is the General Manager and I can tell you this team could send Chef Ramsey home because there wouldn't be one thing he could say about the awesome way the restaurant was being run. The building was built in 2003 and it looked like it was built in 2022 no lie!!! The prices were spot on, the deserts were scrumptious, the portions were generous and the whole experience was extremely pleasurable. Please, please, please come out and support this restaurant. You will not regret it I promise you! Love to all and God bless!

The service was excellent. Our waiter was on top of everything and really cared about giving a good experience. On top of that, the food was delicious. Very glad I decided to come back after not having it for a couple years. I definitely recommend stopping by.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The food was absolutely awful. It tastes like they are serving frozen TV dinners. First we ordered fried pickles and a chicken tender kids meal and my husband ordered a California salad with grilled chicken. When the Salad came out I immediately could tell something was wrong the chicken was whiter than a piece of paper and look like rubber when we tasted it it tasted like canned chicken. The chicken strip kids meal seemed ok at first. Until we realized some of the strips didn’t look cooked enough. The broccoli I ordered looked like it was frozen and then boiled for days. My condiments had stuff settling in the top as if it had been sitting in heat. And to top it all off our server was very unattentive I did not get her name she had a pink lopsided mohawk absolutely do not recommend anyone take their families here or anyone waste their money on this absolutely atrocious food!!!
The food was good but the customer service from Amber T was amazing!!! From the beginning until the end she made sure we were satisfied & that is hard to find in an employee!!!! My Mother & I appreciate her so much & are thankful there are still good hearted in this world!!! ? ??

Went a couple of months ago and had a bad experience. They had just had an employee walk out so it took about 30 minutes to get waited on. We had to essentially go and get a waiter every time we needed something. They should've closed instead of claiming that they could still offer acceptable customer service.Decided to give it another chance last night because I was craving chicken tenders. Well, one of my tenders ended up having a long hair fried into the batter. So I lost my appetite and decided to ask for a replacement plate, but the waitress only offered to replace the tenders and not the baked potato. I didn’t have too much of an issue with that, but then when the tenders came back there were only 4, when I had gotten 6 originally on my plate.Lastly, it took forever to get waited on since our waitress was run ragged waiting on one entire side of the restaurant. I know this isn't her fault. Management really needs to do something to entice more people to work on their team because this was the worst service experience I've had in a while. Knowing that a worker walked out makes me think that this is a place that possibly harbors a toxic environment for their employees, and I don't want to give more money to this place if so.Needless to say, we won’t be coming back.

My recent visits to this restaurant have been less than satisfactory. The waitress staff has become less than helpful. They are slow to bring drink refills and once forgot to bring my salad completely. The food has gone downhill for sure. I typically order the steak and tenders. The chicken tenders are way overcooked , hard, crispy and dry. The steak is usually on the smaller side, and can barely be cut with a knife. I get mine medium rare, and it comes out well done almost every time. The sweet tea is little to be desired, very little flavor and hardly sweet. My son usually orders the childrens cheese pizza with fries. The pizza is comparable to a frozen pizza, very little cheese and very chewy crust. His meal usually comes out lukewarm and the fries are usually hard. I recommend driving down the street to Logan's Steakhouse where the food is much better.
