This might have been the best burger I've ever had.

We just got home from here and it was great. So think of this place as a food court. There are currently three different choices. You order at a kiosk and they will text you when it's ready to pickup. They have open seating which is part of Sun King brewery. Tonight it was packed and a little noisy. I got the Dandy burger and I took off the dandy sauce and replaced with mayo. I got a double but regretted that once I saw it. Even though they are smashed they are still big burgers. What I loved is the lettuce was fresh and shredded, the other toppings were fresh and delicious as well. My spouse got the Gospel Plow and loved it. We shared a cheese fry. I love crinkle cut fries. I wasn't too wild about the cheese but everyone else seemed to love it. To my surprise after we sat down one of the servers from Sun King came by to see if we would like cocktails. Yes please! We don't drink beer but they got plenty of local brews. Their liquor is also locally produced so we got vodka with pineapple juice and it was delicious. The best park was they were only $6.50 each. That's regular prices not happy hour so we loved that. This area is packed full of shops and restaurants along with a Hilton hotel so you can imagine parking can be challenging. We found parking but there is also a garage as well.

Great ambiance, fast service, the food was awesome as well. French fries and onion rings were incredibly crispy. Burgers were just perfect - I highly recommend the Gospel Plow. 5 stars!

This might be my new favorite smash burger place. This is located within Sun King Brewery in Fishers. The service and speed were great!! Food came out hot and delicious! The fried pickles with the sauce they had were two thumbs up! The Oklahoma burger which I had was perfect. The bun was fresh and soft, the edges of the cheeseburger were crispy, the toppings were in every bite. They had fries, onion rings and fried pickles. You can order on the app or up at the register they have a kiosk. It was easy to use. So good!

My husband had a “Build your own “ hamburger and it was DELICIOUS! Definitely one of the best burgers I have ever had, you can taste the quality of the ingredients, how they melt in your mouth. I always have complaints about the bread on sandwiches but one trick pony has the best bread I’ve ever had on a burger.

Located in Fishers Test Kitchen in the back of Sun King you'll find One Trick Pony. We decided to order from the QR code at the table which made everything super easy. I ordered their Dandy burger which comes with traditional burger fixings and a side of chili cheese fries. Everything came out quickly and hot! I really enjoyed the food; and you can't beat the price point. I love that you can eat this while enjoying a drink from Sun King.

I was looking forward to trying the smash burgers at One Trick Pony, located in Fisher's Test Kitchen. All the photos online made them look like things of beauty, with a thin frilly layer of caramelized meat on the outside encased in a fluffy bun. The Oklahoma Onion Burger seemed by the far the most interesting after reading about it. Apparently this burger originated in Oklahoma during the Great Depression, when the addition of onions to the burger meant that less meat would be used in the patty. I'm not sure what happened, but unfortunately the burger I received fell short of expectations. Oklahoma Onion Burger ($8.50) - The photo on the menu showed a veritable stack of onions atop the patty and a beef patty so large it was overflowing the bun. I ordered this with some additional tomato, lettuce, and extra onions. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the result. The beef patty was smashed super thin, but there wasn't that promised crispy skirt of meatiness around the burger and it wasn't nearly as large as the pictures indicated. The beef flavor itself was overwhelmed by the copious amounts of mustard slathered on both the top and bottom buns. The oniony-ness was also rather lacking; while there was charred onion as well as raw onion on top and bottom of the burger, it was hard to discern the flavor behind all of the mustard. Complementing the burger was a good slice of tomato and a helping of shredded lettuce, along with some vinegary pickle slices. There was a sad slice of unmelted American cheese on top of the burger patty and keeping everything together was a nicely toasted, but unremarkable bun. I'm not entirely sure what went wrong - perhaps my expectations were just a bit too high given how good the photo looked? It's unlikely, but if I ever went to One Trick Pony again, I would also get more than one burger patty. They are pounded so thin that a single patty isn't substantial enough. Overall, I think the burger here was just okay.

Easy online ordering, fast preparation and delicious comfort food. Nice footprint and lots of parking. No one at pick up window. Expensive prices. Did not remove requested toppings. Server did not speak english.

I like my fries hot and these seemed like they were left out too long. Not sure if it was because I didnt receive any notification that my order was ready and it was left out too long or if it is their process that results in slightly less than fresh hot fries. I like Steak and Shake’s burgers and fries more to be honest.

Rating the double cheese burger and fries I give it a 3.5/5. I like crinkle cut fries and these were crisp and soft on the inside. The burgers were as expected with a nice sear on the outside and American cheese. It fit well with the bun but the blend of condiments was a little overpowering in the center portion of the patties. My was the "Old John" style. Not a fan of the impersonal service nor the structure housing a few different establishments. A good burger but not good enough overall to bring me back.

Pretty solid Oklahoma onion burger. Order to arrival was under 10 minutes - enough time for a quick beer at Sun King. Would've like to try some of the different varieties of fries.

Pretty much 50/50 if your order gets made correctly. Probably a lower percentage if we're honest. Which is weird because I put my order in online and made sure my part was correct. Good food tho.
