In the past few years, my love for shaved ice has skyrocketed. I was happy to see this new location of Paradise pop up in Fishers and had the pleasure of paying a visit earlier this week for dessert. The young man working the counter was friendly and did a great job at answering our questions. My piña colada with orange shaved ice topped with cream was dynamite. Hard to beat the price too.
