The food was good, but the portion was extremely small. I ordered the linguine with red clam sauce. It was in a very small container and had no clams in the sauce, and had only 6 small clams. I had ordered food to go, so didn't know while in the restaurant - otherwise I would have said something. In picking up the food the service was good.

Don't go here, dear God! Came here the guy they have as a hostess is like a slug on valume, giving food to wrong tables, they have one waitress who was awesome but she was helping them out from another store, tried the bruschetta, good Good, what fresh nightmare this was, it was not bruschetta. It had a ton of vinegar and olive oil, everyone at table was disgusted, the pesto fettuccine, had about 8lbs of pesto with 48 noodles and two bites of chicken, the ravioli was awful about 4 gallons of sauce, little meat and a very odd taste, and the take out bag is like from a liquor store, worst Italian food I've ever had, ever.

My recent visit to Puccini's had its ups and downs. The staff was friendly, and the ambiance was pleasant. However, the breadsticks were disappointingly flat, lacking the usual fluffiness. To make matters worse, there were small bugs flying around our table. Not up to the usual high quality and improvements are needed especially in the culinary and cleanliness departments.

Our go to pizza place lately. Love the razorback, unique flavors. I was a bit disappointed the last time I did an online order. It never went through, they said they have issues with the "order ahead" on their website. We had to wait an extra 15 mins for our pizza. The quality of the pizza & food makes up for it

Unsanitary conditions! Picked up a pizza and saw it being handled by cash register person without gloves and he used a pizza cutter under a dirty wet rag. This place needs a clean up! When I shared my feedback with them I was treated like a complainer even though I have been a once a week customer for 15 years! They lost me with how I was treated for being concerned

We had sworn off Puccini's. Decided to give it another chance. Ordered The Bill, it used to be our favorite. Got home with it, it had no fresh parsley or oregano or thyme on it. Why has Puccini's decided to consistently provide lackluster pizza. Please do better.

We love Puccini’s! Whether you are craving pizza or pasta or even a calzone, you can’t go wrong with any of the choices here. We have always loved their pizza. Tonight we decided to try pasta! Each pasta dinner comes with salad and garlic bread. I had the dinner salad which was delicious & freshly made. We had garlic bread with cheese as an appetizer (pictured, but we ate two before I could snap the photo!). The jumbo ravioli was amazing and very filling! My husband loved the fettuccine & added chicken to it. The service was quick! We will definitely choose Puccini’s when craving Italian!

Service was terrific! I had a calzone, my companion had a pizza topped with BBQ chicken, meatballs, bacon and a root beer. The root beer got a thumbs up. I love local independent restaurants like Puccini's. There are six locations in Indianapolis and 7 other locations throughout the state.
