Just left here and received the crappiest service ever received from a qdoba. I got a bowl...they ran out of queso. I asked her were they ran out completely and she said yes. Door Dasher was waiting on queso to be finished cooking. Cashier was rude and short with me.

Came in for chips and queso .. Chips were burnt so bad you couldn’t taste the queso. Called to inform the team for the next customer and had the response of “okay”. Yeah our chips and queso are only $4. I don’t care what the cost is it’s about quality. Look at the chips before walking out the door they’re hidden in a bottom drawer under the cash register so it’s possible to not pick up on it till you get home.

Been ordering from qdoba for years now, & my usual is the 3 cheese nacho/ chips on the side. & how dare u as a franchise, charge ppl for extra rice, help me understand what kind of luxury of rice grain out there worth extra 2$, at least keep the food fresh, train employees to change gloves every customer exchange, & bring back wearing hair nets.

This was an unexpected fantastic experience. The young man that took care of my girlfriend and myself, was awesome. He went above and beyond offering and making fresh cook vegetables and other ingredients. We walked away just surprised at how well we are treated. Wish I knew his name, we will be coming back because of him!

Qdoba can feed the plant based eater and the carnivores very well.Vegetarian options: Its no problem. Leave off the cheese and it is plant based.

I ordered through the Qdoba app. When I arrived at the scheduled pickup time my order wasn't ready. After waiting for over 15 minutes, I finally got my order, but it contained items from two different orders, and one of them had another customer's details. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, the manager was unhelpful, condescending, and even refused to provide her name. It was a frustrating and disrespectful experience. The manager showed a complete lack of professionalism. I requested a refund, but the manager's response was far from satisfactory. She said, "Actually, I can take your money." I left without a refund and feeling completely mistreated. I am hoping they will give me a refund instead of having to do a chargeback through my CC company. As a long-time customer, I was deeply disappointed by this incident. I hope they address their customer service and operational issues because no one should have to endure such a terrible experience. Avoid this Qdoba location at all costs.EDIT; neither customer service or the restaurant will respond to my emails

NOTE: do not believe any review responses online that make it look like they care or help, its all an act for the public and corporate meanwhile they won't return phone calls or email! I just had a horrible experience the young white employee made my food and was'nt listening to things i ask for onnit put something i ask for on my food throwing my food together as if shes on drugs and not listening then tries to charge me for salsa and chips after messing up my food I was gonna take the food after u put something on it I didnt want , knaw give me my money back asap !!!!! like get a job that you enjoy or at least wanna do please people...smh ....customer service is trash in the fast food restaurants

Drove here for some lunch and as soon as I walked in, they announced that they weren’t taking walk ins and do not have a drive thru. They said they are only taking DoorDash orders. That’s the wrong way to do business. Management should have enough employees and if you don’t, you turn away DoorDash orders and assist your customers who are there in person. Took my business to Chipotle instead and will continue to do so from now on.
