2 stars. Lots of smoothies and add-ins. Ample variety. A plethora! Young staff is very helpful and efficient. Order on the app and it'll be waiting for you. Plus, they usually have great promotional deals on there. It's worth the download. They offer curbside pickup, too. But I've never found it to be convenient. It's faster just jumping out and running inside. Skip the smoothie bowl. I think they may use frozen fruit rather than fresh. All my strawberries were brown and slimy. Very unappetizing. The staff offered to remake but they didn't have any strawberries that were fresh, so I just threw it away and left. I shared my experience with the manager on my next visit. Rather than apologize for the poor quality, she was very rude and defensive. She even suggested that I hadn't actually purchased a bowl! Who does that??? When I asked for her name and the owner or corporate customer service number, she decided to offer me a replacement. I accepted and asked how I would redeem my free bowl on my return visit since it was early morning... I had just ordered a smoothie... and was headed to work. She said, "I don't have anything to give you. I can make you a bowl now. You either take it now or you just won't get a replacement." Just plain rude. I declined and asked for the owner, again. She said he was on a webinar in the office and couldn't be available. I recently went back and she was very pleasant. Not sure what her issue was that morning, but it was certainly off-putting. And I'm still out of $10!

Smoothie King has become a weekly visit for me! Love that there are so many different options and add-ins. My go to is the Daily Warrior or any of their espresso smoothies. Always quick service & great to order ahead on the app. My husband and I always grab a smoothie and walk to nickel plate trail almost ever weekend!

Terrible experience. I pulled up after placing a curbside order. No one was in the store but the two associates working, a young dark haired young woman and a dark haired young man. I called to let them know we were outside once the order was complete. I watched them make the order and then stand there laughing, talking, washing dishes and engaging with each other. There were other people with me. We wondered if and when they would bring our 40 Oz drinks out. They didn't. I call back again to remind me then we're outside, they look at each other and let the phone go to voicemail mail. I called 3 times to get a refund since it was apparent it was deliberate because not one customer was in the store. As I drove off, a customer came. I just finished coming from a procedure which was the reason we ordered curbside and couldn't get out the car because wasn't feeling well. We order here all the time and this has never happened. Just terrible. I've been calling since 8:04 and the phone is going straight to voicemail now. Refund please!

My husband was acting strange again then he left me so I decided to leave then I found physics Ojo online and I explain everything to him he told me to send his picture and full name then I did and he told me I should hold on that he will be back, then he came and said that my husband loves me but there is a woman who is trying to separate our relationship that is why he cast a love charm on my husband but now we are living happily together now ? and once again All thanks to physics Ojo , if you are also in a situation I advise you to dm his page ? ??

This is a clean, well ran, and quick location for your smoothie king needs. I enjoyed my berry blast smoothie, great quality and consistency. This location has an interesting parking situation. Street parking up front and a parking garage behind the store location. Note there is no handicap parking up front. There is a ramp to the north of the store for wheelchairs. I would park in the garage and take the ramp from there. Careful parking on the street as this is a tight and busy street. Bathroom at location was clean and wheelchair friendly. ♿️
I work at the coffee shop right across from Smoothie King, and the manager brought us a couple of their new smoothie bowls they made for training purposes. They were crazy delicious, and the people here are really nice. Great place to get a healthy lunch!

This location is a great supporter of Fishers High School choir program. Very thankful for their generosity and support of a local school program. They have a chocolate peanut butter smoothie that is AMAZING! So delicious! This place is always spotless and super friendly staff.

Waited close to an hour on a doordash order. Was taking longer than usual so I called the store and they confirmed they received the order. At 8 pm received a notification that the order had been cancelled. No call from the store or explanation.

I paid for my single smoothie and I waited 10 minutes before they even started making it because one of their friends came in and started talking to them. And they were overall pretty rude one of them was spraying window cleaner at the other.
