Very friendly staff. Loved that there is a fireplace that you can sit by either instead or outside!! (No idea if this is common up here, but we are on our way through from Louisiana -- no fireplaces at our Starbucks. ?? )Thanks for a lovely place for our bathroom break on our road trip. ?

Service is great and very friendly and helpful. They talk to my girls and help them find a good fit. Inside is always clean and filled with people. Food looks good but we don't normally eat there.

While picking up my Starbucks today, I completely dropped my sandwich on the ground the second I walked out the door. ?Not only did a Starbucks employee run out of the store and ask me what I had, but they remade me a new sandwich and gave me a danish for fun within a few minutes. Small acts of kindness can truly turn around someone's day.

I am not able to wrap my head around the idea that it makes sense to hand someone (in a drive thru especially since they will likely be attempting to sip while commuting), a hot cup with no sleeve!! This has happened several times at this location so I finally called and was told they don’t put a sleeve on certain cups unless you ask for one, then they would give it to you. Interesting since the cups aren’t any thicker than they were before. The purpose is that it’s HOT coffee and sometimes the cups are definitely warmer than others. A sleeve shouldn’t be an optional, rather the company should make sleeves for a tall cup, if fit is the issue (although that wasn’t the reason given for why they no longer put a sleeve on the cup, that is my guess).

I recently had to go on a 30 carb a day diet and the barista here was SO helpful!!!! She offered to remove the bread for me so I wouldn’t lose the cheese of my breakfast sandwich on the bread when it was heated AND she put it in a bowl with a fork so it would be easier to eat!! AMAZING service!!Dietary restrictions: Low carb

I will never come back. Ever. Ordered a tall Frappuccino in drive through, even tipped them. Staff was acting strange and somewhat non existent. Took forever to get my drink. On my way home I realized it was ALL ice. Some flavor scattered through, but 90% ice. I threw it away. Dunkin' Donuts forever! And their coffee tastes better, staff is nicer. Period.

Went through the drive thru around 8:50 a.m this morning. The lady working the drive thru was incredibly grumpy, not willing to budge when reaching out to hand my food or drink, and was clearly irritated. I am pregnant and I literally thought my drink was going to end up on the ground. I totally get having a bad day but it was over the top and not necessary.

Such a frustrating experience here this morning. I did a mobile order for pickup. My drink was made wrong, so I asked them to remake it and they were super nice about it. I moved aside to wait for my drink and I waited about 10 minutes before I politely asked where my drink was. They looked and said "oh you and still about 2 back".... You would think if they made a customers drink wrong that they would make that a priority in the line up? It didn't dawn on the young girl at all that that would have been a nice courtesy. Instead, I waited another 5 minutes for my drink. 20 minutes at Starbucks for two iced cold brews...
