I have been given the wrong drink twice in a row. I asked for a caramel crème frap, no coffee, crème based. Twice I was given a coffee based frap. Please work on making sure you are reading the customers order correctly, I am not happy.
Love coming to my Kroger Starbucks! Not only is the grocery store HUGE but the coffee shop manager Allison is the nicest person ever! Her and jada make the best drinks! I come back every morning and love that they know me. Sometimes it's a little too busy and I have to mobile order, sometimes they're out of cup holders but I suppose that's the worst part!
