These are the days of limiting soda service for dine in goers. You have to scan a barcode to get your drinks. Otherwise super nice people. I miss the days of this being a proper diner.

The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The food was good, and was ready in an acceptable amount of time. It was later at night when I visited this location. At that time, I had to get an employee to turn the fountain machine on so I could fill up my cup. I had originally thought the machine was broken. This would be a good place to take family and friends. I would recommend this location.

Such a great location! The employee ls went above and beyond to provide excellent service! The food was great, definitely recommended the garlic burger. And the onion rings were cooked to perfection!Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere! Perfect place to have a birthday party for your kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors open nice and wide.

I really enjoy this steak and shake. They usually seem like they are on the ball!!!
Bought food at kiosk. Price was $45.00. tried to add 10% tip but for some reason added a 100% tip, totalling over $95.00. Addressed this with manager then business partner. Said they couldn't,'t do anything until 5 days. Gave me two numbers to call but always goes to vm.I will never shop at this or another Steak and Shake again.Food was ok.
