The only reason I go to this Subway is because it’s close to my home. I cringe every single time I walk in as the employees and owner are SO rude; absolute unfriendly and miserable. Unfortunately, I’ve gone to other Subway restaurants and they are ALL the same; rude and unfriendly.

Came in tonight and experienced very rude customer service. Made it feel as if I was bothersome to order food at this restaurant. Will be going to the other Subway 1 mile away for now on. Very disappointed as this is closest one to me. Will not be coming back.

3 stars.Customer service is usually decent, but you should definitely watch the quantity they put in your sandwich. I would suggest googling the sandwich before you go to ensure you get what you pay for. They will short you! My spicy Italian should have had 10 pepperoni and 10 salami. It didn't. But when I mentioned it, they did go back and add more. Cookies are always great here, but they do run out frequently.

I came to get subway and he had a glove and I saw him 2 times he went to the kitchen and come back I told hime change your gloves and he saying what’s wrong with my gloves I think they not train right ,but they serve with dirty gloves ,be careful guys to not get

I question the subway policy freshly cut meat. To me freshly cut means it's cut and put on my sandwich not put in bins and stuck in refrigerators not put in the bins. You know where you go through like they've always done that is not freshly cut meat. Some of that meat is cut in the morning and can set all day long depending on how busy a restaurant is, my recommendation if you want a freshly cut meat, don't go to Subway go to Jersey Mike's

Don't go here. They try to rip you off. They refuse to honor local coupons and do not put adequate toppings and ingredients in sandwiches. Rude and unfriendly staff. They make the sandwich then add $$ to the sandwich by saying"we'll we added extra topping so it's more money". Won't ever go there again.

Worst Customer Service I've ever received. I tried to place an order over the phone for pick up but he said they can't do that and said the only way I could do that was online and I asked him what the steps were and he just hung up the phone. Will never go to this subway again.. it's a shame because we as a family we're going there a couple times a week.
